Krimsa Fine Rugs & Decor

There is no retailer out there that compares to Krimsa!!! Others should take note, in this retail competitive world we are living in… The customer service goes beyond any other with their delivery service and setup, the «free» designer imput is truly priceless in more than one way, and the low pressure sale. Krimsa truly wants the customer to love what they are buying. I am one my third rug purchase in addition to five pillows and each transaction has been such a pleasure. The quality and selection of Krima’s treasures guaranty lifelong joy!!!

Krimsa is the best. Their prices aren’t huge rip offs as the quality of the product is excellent. Do you know what goes into the craftsmanship of hand knotted rugs? Its so intricate and labor intensive. You walk on them and they last more than a lifetime. They are heirlooms that can last for centuries.
Enough said about the spectacular selection. Customer Service is the star! They are extremely helpful and there’s no pressure to buy. They will come to your house and do a Rug Show with your top choices and with a smile. In a world where most employees rather stare at their cell phones than pay you any mind, its an inspiration and a relief to have such a great experience.
No longer will I try to find carpet on the cheap. I’m headed for Krimsa for my next rug because in this case, you really do get what you pay for.

I didn’t know businesses like this still existed. They have beautiful products, are willing to discuss price and their customer service has completely knocked me out.
Usually I am a bit wary of small shops with big ticket items, but Krimsa sets the standard.

As a designer in this amazing city I found that rug stores can be pushy and even sometimes unapproachable. But not Krimsa! After my last experience there this weekend I had to let all you Unilocalers know… that Krimsa has beautiful & affordable rugs!
If you are in need of a rug, runner or wall décor and have looked at the usual Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm etc… I urge you to take one last look at Krimsa before you buy and here’s why…
We needed an easy to clean yet not too expensive rug since we have a puppy and accidents happen. We didn’t want to sacrifice style for function by buying an ugly rug that we didn’t care about but we still wanted to make sure we didn’t cry if something did happen that couldn’t be cleaned out. So we checked out Krimsa. Not only did they have a great selection but they also were priced at or under the big box prices. Granted they had beautiful silk/​wool rugs that were more of an investment for another time but they had plenty that were just right. We looked at a ton of rugs that were beautifully dyed and woven finally choosing three that we loved. They were so kind in showing us upwards of 50+ rugs and answering all of our questions. We even got in under our budget with the one we chose.
I recommend them highly and hope that next time you need a rug to take a stroll over to Krimsa. It’s worth the stop.

I covet about 50% of the inventory here, and the rest is also lovely. Unfortunately I can only use about 0.05% of the inventory to cover my floors. So I’m thinking about covering the walls, maybe the ceilings. I’ve bought three small pieces here and found the service and care first-​rate.

Located in the Marina this is a place for luxurious, handcrafted floor coverings from Iran, Tibet and elsewhere, exotically priced.
Gorgeous rugs that are thick and wonderfully colored with yarn that shimmers are on the wall and floor. Huge pillows also fill this shop. The prices are tres cher, but the rugs are truly wonderful. ($ 6,300 is a lot of money for a less than room-​sized rug). I found more contemporary designs here than in most imported rug emporiums, and patterns that would look quite at home with modern interiors. The staff could not have been nicer or more willing to accomodate.

Okay, so my advice to any home shopper is to buy the rug from THIS place first before you shell out cash for the rest of the décor. The rugs here are absolutely stunning and the staff will even let you deliver a sample piece to your house so you see how it will feel with your lay-​out. A definite gem but oh-​so-​pricey.
