SF Green Carpet Care

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called yesterday and said I needed an emergency cleaning service — a relative had a nasty accident and there was a trail from the bed to the bathroom of poop. The company said sure we can do that and it will be $ 75 to clean. They show up today and I get a call from a lady who tells me I didn’t tell them there had been an accident! Turns out this SF Green Carpet Care turns around and calls subs to go in and do the work. The sub was never told and wanted to charge me $ 250 for the job (BTW he came from San Jose to SF to do the work — not local as the SF address shown!) When I called and asked to speak to owner or manager of SF Green Carpet Care they would not let me.
Crooks — would love to be able to let more people know how awful they are!

This company uses robo calls (tsk tsk — that’s illegal).
