We used the services of J Cleary Construction Inc to completely remodel our detached two car garage in San Francisco. We estimated that the garage was originally built over 80 years ago. The Roof was caving, foundation was in disrepair and the structure was without electricity. The owner did an outstanding job in managing the project and bringing the structure into the 21 century. The owner was extremely professional even when working with the demands of the neighbors whose property borders the detached garage. His sub contractors were reliable and demonstrated a sense of pride in their work. Would we work with J Cleary construction again in the future? Most definitely.
