Jorge Galarza is the owner of this company and from start to finish he was a man of his word. He was reliable, honest and overall a good business man. I needed my mastic changed and was calling for bids. His bid was much lower than his competitors. He brought in two men to do the job and it was finished in half a day. I was very pleased with his work so I hired him the next day to replace a pool stone that was broken and also fix some cracks that were in the pool and hot tub area. I asked a lot of questions and Jorge was patient by answering them all. He never suggested replacing this or that and actually said I could wait to do some repairs that I felt needed attention. I don’t know about you but I’m always nervous hiring contractors because they normally want to fix everything and get more money from you. I have to a say Jorge wanted to be sure I was happy with his company and crew. He said, «If you’re not happy, I’m not happy. If the job isn’t done the way you like, I’ll come back until you’re happy.» I was very pleased with his company and I’ll be sure to use this company again when I ever have plaster pool repairs.

We have pool that had an old pebble tec finish that we were never happy with. It developed some cracks and I was worried about leaking. I spoke with several contractors and most really pushed me towards using a pebble finish again.
I met with Jorge from Paramount and he told me that the pebble finish had a higher profit for companies and higher commissions for salesmen.
Although I didn’t know a lot about Paramount Pool Plaster I liked Jorge and his matter of fact explanations and his price that was less than his competitors. I took a leap of faith and signed up with Paramount and I’m glad I did.
Definitely get a quote from Jorge before you make your decision on who to hire to resurface your pool.
