Do not purchase anything here unless it is an emergency. Prices are at least 35% higher than they should be. If you absolutely need earbuds for your flight, buy the cheapest ones which will still cost as much as twice the price in a normal store. If you buy a high ticket item, you’ll regret it.

On the outbound trip I wandered through their location in the rotunda of terminal 3. The clerk was very helpful and I decided to purchase a headset since I’ve been looking to replace a bluetooth one that died and isn’t available. The clerk was very helpful and the return policy was clearly explained and completely acceptable since returns can be done at any location of theirs anywhere. After trying the headset and not being satisfied, I attempted to return at the other location in terminal 3 since my flight landed there and it was close to closing time. The clerk was not interested in handling the return, not interested in providing any sort of help, and stated that I have to return it to the exact location it was bought! The chance of making it to the other location before it closed and the extra hike to do so was annoying. Fortunately I made it and the clerk again reiterated their policy of any location. This doesn’t change the bad experience, nor the higher price which I was okay with for the convenience. Unfortunately the convenience was gone with the bad attitude of their clerk and instead of exchanging, I’ll buy elsewhere.

This is a great little kiosk type place in SFO airport. We ventured in here to check out the video rental/purchases for our 5+ hour flight(and what turned out to be a 6.5 hour delay). They had some great little specials of previously viewed dvds. I found two that looked interesting in the buy 2 for 10 section. One cheezy chick flic and one epic drama. It was great. I ended up needing one of them to entertain me in the long wait. It played perfectly on my laptop and kept me busy for nearly 2 hours. Thank goodness. This place also rents dvd players and movies and has about 50 locations in airpots around the US. You can rent one way and then just drop off at another location. Brilliant! But a little on the pricey side. I think the rental of a movie is $ 5 one way and is good for 5 days. If you can find something in the previously rented sale that you want, you can save yourself a bunch. I think its a clever idea and will keep looking to find more of those great little sale items. I would download movies, but heck this is so cheap, why?
