Uh, the foccacia is so dry. And the service is good but there is one really grumpy server. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. There is a secret laptop charging zone to the left so look out for that.

The only place I’ve been to that serves frappucinos as good as this is Honeyberry. Their mocha blended with whip cream is strong and amazing.

The reason of giving this place 5 stars because of Daniel A… he is giving us a very nice, warm and friend service.

Ok, I know it’s in a airport and I should expect high prices but why? Really? I’m not quite sure why a cup of coffee should ever cost $ 4 but thats what you get at this place. I happen to love the coffee after beer buzz before getting on a plane so I paid it and was happy. The coffee is quite good but I did expect that for the price. OK, enough about the high prices… The seating is open and there are some windows with a view of the runways but not many tables. Every time I have been there, the lines have been long and they move a bit slower than I would like. Luckily I’m waiting for coffee, not buzzing from it in the line… I have no choice but to come back because I fly out of this terminal often so I’m glad that besides the cost, the coffee is quite good.

What a joke this place is, aside the huge price they have the worst customer service on SF airport. I asked a nice looking lady with a bored face for a simple apple turnover, I was the only client but apparently she wasn’t in a sale mood so she directed me to he colleague at the other side of the restaurant who was busy with a client, I just turned around and left fir another restaurant. When I came back in approx 5 minutes she was serving another client so it wasn’t that she could not do it she just chose not to serve me… Really screwed up place.

This is a nice little over-priced café where you can get a tall one while waiting for your flight to board. It doesn’t have the ambiance of some of the other airport restaurant/bars but if you’re just looking to kill time, as long as there is beer or wine, does it really matter? You order at the counter and if you’re not into imbibing, there is plenty of coffee, soft drinks, pastries, and sandwiches to tide you over, as well. Plenty of seating, too… I got an Italian ciabatta sandwich and a glass of white wine for $ 19 bucks and some change. Blah! But it did the job since I had an hour to kill before my plane was even gonna start boarding.

Not as attractive as it’s sister location on the other side of the international terminal, but same friendly service and good quick eats.

It was a bit expensive, but then again what isn’t at the airport? That too in the international terminal. The food wasn’t the best, but I kind of liked my panini. The coffee was pretty good too. The service was what prompts me to give a 4 star; the girls at the counter were very welcoming and helpful, making for a pleasant start to a long journey!
I can see the curvature of the earth from here!!! Well… almost. What a place to people watch. I hate to fly, but I love fresh-scrubbed, well dressed, coiffed women and men who have to be somewhere:) The coffee: Good. Staff: Sweethearts Food: ??? The wait: The biggest drawback. More than 3 people, can take a year before svc.

Long wait to get served due to lack of staff working there. Would give just a one star but the mocha coffee when it finally arrived was actually quite good.

Rating is solely based on service. Mid-afternoon. Less than 10 people. Glass empty for 10 minutes because the staff are busy talking. Bar across the way is packed!

I fly Virgin a lot and end up grabbing food here pretty often. The selection looks good, but ultimately is not that tasty. Pastries are stale and sandwiches are bland. The staff always seem to be in some sort of stupor. Takes forever to order because they are chatting amongst themselves instead of paying attention to their customers. Coffee is good though.

Variety of sandwiches and pastries. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a nice touch. Though not listed on the menu, there are breakfast croissants available, containing eggs with provolone, sausage or prosciutto
