Horrible customer service. Had a refrigerator that had issues with the water/ice dispenser not working. Technician came by on 7⁄9 and said a part needed to be replaced. They charged $ 391.58. $ 85 of which was for the trip/service. The rest was for the deposit for the part that needed to be ordered. We paid $ 288.10(includes deposit for the part) Over the weekend, we tweaked with the water/ice dispenser and it worked again. I called on 7⁄13 to cancel the order. They said the order was placed already prior to the 13th and couldn’t cancel it. They LIED! We had a copy of the invoice to the parts supply company. I called the parts supply company and the order was placed on the 13th(not prior as they claimed) and it wasn’t even shipped yet. In addition, the part representative even said the order can be cancelled as long as it hasn’t been shipped. I was fine with continental appliance keeping the $ 85(for the service/trip) since they made the trip, but they refused to refund the deposit for the part that we didn’t even need-even though the supplier said it was okay to cancel the order. DONOT ever use them! 1. The technician couldn’t figure out the problem and said it was a part malfunction when in fact it wasn’t. An amateur was able to fix it. 2. Once they have your money, their customer service goes down the drain. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and filing a claim with small claims court! **UPDATED: while filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, found out THEYARERATEDAN «F».

cant get a call back. Had a problem for months. Paid the money, still not fixed, and they have a voice mail to screen calls, and they wont call back.
