They refused to fix my washing machine and charged me an 85 dollars service fee to do absolutely no work on it. They claimed it needed a part that they could not get. I continued to contact them over the next few weeks, as they also promised to order me a new washing machine that would fit in the small area. Each time they merely did nothing but continue to say they would «work on it», so eventually I did give up and stop contacting them. They don’t sell machines anymore since their store front on Ocean Ave. burned down, and merely make a living by going out to fix washing machines, saying they can’t be fixed and keeping the money for the service call. The guy did not even open the machine up or work on it at all. He merely declared it «unfixable» as if by telepathic inference.
