I started going when my person retired. The salon is ok and work it nothing Spartacus. But the rudeness is horrible. If she doesn’t want to server she totally ignores you. The husband is RUDE and thinks hes the roster in the hen house. And forget service if you have a child with you. I have never been in a place of business where the owners are so rude. I will never recommend this and if I know someone is going there I will tell them not to go.
I’m STILL SO MAD FROM LAST NIGHTS RUDENESS. i WILL ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GO THERE. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT RUDENESS!!!

Too put it very bluntly, Cindy is rude, bitter, and treats customers like they are stupid :). I went here because my friends go here and my usual salon was booked. Cindy is rude, and she hops from person to person instead of working on those who came first so that your left sitting there for a long time while people who just came in get attended too, then new people come in and the cycle continues. Cindy told me to wash my hands at one point. When I came back from washing my hands she scolded me as if I was a child and told me that they weren’t dry (even though they were). Also, my grandma came in for an eyebrow wax and said the lady who waxed her had fingers which smelt like a certain female body part. Yuck. Please save ur money and go somewhere where they’ll treat u decently.

I came in looking for a simple Shellac removal and manicure. I was greeted quickly seated immediately. I was expecting them to gently file my nail down just enough for the acetone to penetrate my nails. Instead she brought out the electric filer and right away I knew she had took chunks out of multiple nails because she went extremely deep!!! I had white polish and she removed so much of my nail it was clear after she was done!!! I’ve tried really hard to take good care of my nails and now all of them are as thin as paper! I cannot believe CINDY THE OWNER WOULD BE SO INCONSIDERATE!

Ever since she left the other Nail shop, «Color nails & skincare», She turned out to be a totally different person! Unlike the sweet, shy, and kind Cindy I knew! She ended up opening her own business, just a block away! Long story short, Her personality and customer service sucks! At a couple of my visits, I specifically told her that I like my eyebrows thick and I’m just coming in for a clean up, but every time my brows got thinner, and her attitude became uglier! Gave her shop a few chances but decided that I will no longer come in for any of her nail/​wax services! Never forget where you came from! Bye Cindy! Bye!

My new go-​to nail salon! Lemme start off by saying how wide their color selection is, two walls full! Also, I especially love how thin they made my acrylics, I absolutely hate when salons make them so thick because of how fake it looks. Definitely recommended coming here, you won’t regret it!

This was my first time here. I came here to get my nails done for a special occasion and decided to get acrylic full set. The nails came out so think. I’ve has acrylics done in the past and it was not as think. On a positive note, the gel polish that was applied was beautiful. I’ve definitely had better experiences in the past.
