We needed to have two stairs replaced on our terrazzo stairs. The other stairs needed to be patched, cleaned and sealed. A neighbor a couple of doors down had work done by them and we were pleased with their finished product so we asked them to give us a quote. They were right in line with the other estimates we got. And they also came out in a timely manner. Some contractors will not give you the time of day for these relatively small projects. Nestor took great care in his work. Everything is perfectly matched. We are very pleased. As an added bonus, our mosaic tile landing also needed some work done. They were able to patch it with a little cement and clean and seal it as well. I am so pleased.
As an aside, there are some people in town that says that they specialize in everything. They also have 40 – 50 five star reviews which I find suspicious because businesses usually irritate at least a couple of customers. So be discerning.
. Associated Terrazzo will only undertake projects that are well within their area of expertise. I see that this is their first Unilocal review but do not worry. I highly recommend them. These stairs are perfect and the mosaic landing has been saved. Beautiful and timely work.
