Dr. Chen has quite an impressive resume, a graduate from UC Berkeley and UCSF. While Dr. Pang was seeing Andrew, Abigail was being seen by Dr. Chen. I have to say, she is the sweetest woman ever. I was pleasantly surprised when I snuck in and saw Abigail brushing a stuffed animal’s teeth with a big, stuffed toothbrush while being treated by Dr. Chen. I can tell instantly that she has a knack for working with kids.
She’s very kind, warming, and patient with kids. Although it’s my first time meeting her today, I knew I can trust Abigail with her for the next 10+ years. Knock on wood that Dr. Chen won’t move. =)

Brought both my children in here for some extensive work and was pleasantly surprised. One of my sons has a huge fear of the Dentist, but Dr. Amy was very patient and gentle — usually little children are intimidated in a unfamiliar atmosphere and around a new person (let alone a Dentist) but both of my kids warmed up to her almost immediately. Dr. Amy obviously sensed the nervousness from both my children and took her time to explain what she was doing and was very sweet and nurturing throughout both entire procedures… she’s absolutely wonderful!
