Ron was able to come out during the cold spell in January 2015 when nobody else could. He figured out the problem within 15 minutes. He had the part with him and everything was back in order. Trustworthy, punctual, efficient.

WOW!!!
Ron could not have been more impressive!!! The heater stopped working in a tenants unit, during an ultra cold week in the city. I couldn’t get anyone out to save my life. One of the heater guys I was talking to recommended Ron. Thank God he did. Ron was out here right away despite his busy schedule, he came after hours just to help me. He figured out the problem right away. He attempted the less expensive fix first to see if that would work and save me some money, and when it didn’t he ordered everything and was at the apartment right away to resolve the issue. Everything is hunky dory now!
He is THE most genuine guy you will ever meet, polite, reliable, and honest and he knows his stuff!

I’ve used Acosta Heating a couple of times. Mr. Acosta is polite, on time, does the work as stated and has competitive pricing. I recommend him without reservations. I don’t often do this with the trades as many times things don’t go as smoothly as planed but Mr. Acosta has never disappointed by articulating what he’s going to do, when and how long its going to take in terms I could understand and appreciate.
