Latent Mechanical

I was really happy when I had Latent Mechanical come out to fix my furnace. The gentleman that came out seemed like a really nice, honest man. He fixed the furnace quickly but then said he wanted to sell me a thermostat that was better than the one I had and would not charge the labor for installing it. Unfortunately, I was at work when he installed the thermostat and my husband was watching our 3 year old and didn’t have time to look at the details. The thermostat he installed was not better than the one we had. It has less options and I don’t like it. He also took the other thermostat, which was something we had paid for and installed ourselves after we bought the house. I have tried calling, I’ve left messages and sent emails asking that he return the old thermostat he took and have not received any responses. I’ve also done some research and found that he charged us more for the lower quality thermostat than it costs. I could have gone out and bought it myself for at least ten dollars less. Very disappointed.

Had a problem with my heating system called late at night expecting to leave a message a guy named Sam answered right away he came same night fixed my heating system the price was fair the service was excellent! He was very honest & reliable I would highly recommend his services!
