I was scammed by the owner of Wine Country Estate Sales. He sells hundreds of his non weapon estate items through eBay. He sold me a wristwatch there that he claimed was working perfectly, but it was defective. I asked to return it for a refund through eBay’s dispute resolution system. I let him know that if he agreed he’d have to let me know prior to 3 days from then as I’d be leaving on vacation early that morning. Chad W. responded 3 days later in the afternoon, when he knew I’d have left and couldn’t return it within eBay’s allotted timeframe. I responded that I wouldn’t be able to return it until my return nearly 2 weeks later. He responded that he was OK with that. But he knew that if it wasn’t returned in a week that he could contact eBay with a complaint that I hadn’t returned it in time and that’s exactly what he did. So while still on vacation I received a message from eBay that I could no longer return this for a refund. I contacted Chad to ask what happened and he no longer communicates. Mr. Werner ignores all of my attempts at contact and has kept all I paid for this broken watch. I’ve never been more overtly deceived by a business owner. He clearly set me up to rip me off and couldn’t care less.

Wow was looking into liquidation companies for my grandparent;s estate here in Santa Rosa. This place was horrible and I will never have anything to do with them again.

Great to see a gun shop in Rincon Valley and this is a good one. The name doesn’t really tell the story. This is a gun shop with a significant inventory. New and used guns and a place a collector might want to check out. What’s really nice is being able to talk to someone(the owner) who knows his stuff but is totally unpretentious. If you’ve been to a couple of other shop in and out of Santa Rosa you know what I mean. I really doubt that anyone will beat his prices and if he doesn’t have it he’ll order it Check it out!!!

In-spite of the name, this is a gun shop. It’s only been around a short time. Chad is the owner and good guy. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and has a wide variety of guns — rifles, pistols, shotguns and accessories … you name it. He’s located at 4927 Sonoma Hwy 12 — Suite E Santa Rosa, CA95409. Tel is(707) 537‑1928.

Went in for an appraisal on an antique Springfield, and walked out with a good idea of the value of an old family rifle. Also found a newer version and was offered a price I couldn’t say«no» to. Nice little shop for the neighborhood.

Great deals and hard to find firearms. I’ve purchased maybe 10 firearms since March from this place. The more you buy the better deals they give. This is a place you need to check out daily for the used selection which is different every single day. If they don’t have what you want they will order there on the spot. Very friendly place. Not a stiff and stale atmosphere like most gun shops. Bring your old guns you don’t use anymore and trade for guns you’ve never had and have always wanted to have. You may even find that special rifle you sold years ago when you were hard up. I have to recommend this shop!

When I go to these Estate Sales they are well organized, prices are always reasonable and they even let you negotiate prices. Service is excellent. They even have a Gift Certificate Drawing at the beginning of the opening on the first day of each estate sale. I heard they are even opening a store soon. You can contact them at
