Santa Rosa, CA
Louise is great. She runs an alteration business that is really attentive to her clients. She is always very friendly and helpful. The place is busy and her customers are loyal. I would give 5 stars if she were open more hours. However, she keeps her overhead low and therefore her prices to you by doing much of the alterations work at home. Business hours are for fitting and pick up.
