Victoria’s Secret

I’ve recently moved to Santa rosa, and I’ve recieved wonderful service at this location. Shaylah (sp?) in particular is amazing. She helped fit me and find a bra I loved. She remembered me even a month later and was so helpful. I prefer to buy in store with VS, because their online deals are amazing but they limit you to 3 coupon codes. Not so in store!

Worst customer service ever! The staff don’t care about the customers at all, they are too busy talking to each other about their lives ! I won’t be going back to this store. The staff has 0 empathy.

WORST service!!! I was standing in front of this lady that had a measuring tape around her as she was helping someone else. I was obviously waiting to get help from her when she finished with her other client. She had shoulder length brown hair. When she finished, she completely ignored me and walked away instead of asking if I needed help! I was stunned; could not believe it!!! Then, I followed her and told her I needed help. (During this entire time, I did not see anyone else that was working there.) She opened a dressing room and told me to wait there for someone and she would send someone over. I have had a Victoria’s Secret credit card since I was 18 and now I’m 38. I have always gotten every single bra there and I have never been put in a dressing room and asked to wait! That was so rude and I was so disappointed; especially because I moved here from Vegas and the service was not this bad there since it’s a service industry. Completely turned off by that store and Victoria Secret period.

I have been buying VS products for many years and since I’ve moved 2 years ago I have never really had a satisfying trip to this VS store. There were many times where the girls at this store would be unwilling to help and unpleasant while at the cash wrap. I made a online return and felt very uncomfortable by the way the other customers around me were being treated, almost like they were on trial or something. Although the girl that was helping didn’t treat me that way, she didn’t try to make conversation or even look at me which was dishearten. Now I remember why I’m not fond of going in this particular VS store and prefer to shop online. I’m not sure if I ever want shop at this VS store again.

The staff isn’t familiar with products. Can’t tell you wich suits are from what collection. Staff didn’t seem to want to help me if I was going to buy online. And the store has a poor selection.

Sales representatives were accommodating and let me use my mobile coupons even though they had to do an override.

Super helpful staff that does great sizing consultation… love this place!

I love the product but when I went to do an exchange a day after buying merchandise I was treated like a criminal and the staff did not even talk to me? Very sad about that since I did spend a lot of money there!

Let my start by saying I am a die hard VS fan and have bought all my bras and panties here for many, many years. Generally I am provided marginal good service from this specific location. The last few visits, including today, I have encountered some of the worst retail customer service EVER!!! Even other customers noticed the blatent disregard to «service» me. I will do everything possible to avoid this store in the future for stocking up my lingerie drawer. Please do not give them your money!!!

Based on my poor experiences at Victoria’s Secret, I would advise not to buy anything from this company. Past visits to Santa Rosa Mall and Tanforan, San Bruno, were very unpleasant. When I asked the employees for assistance, they looked annoyed. I felt like I was bothering them. Isn’t part of their job description is to help customers? Perhaps this happens when high school students are hired to represent the company. Victoria’s Secret should not hire anyone off the street and requirements should be established for new hires.
