Only reason I even bother going to Secrets is to get basic goodies, soft core DVDs, basic S&M stuff… They have a decent selection, but difficult to find what you are looking for when you are on the clock and in a hurry. I’ll be going back, as I have made some life long «friendships» with a few of the employees, but management needs to step up and teach someone how to use a mop!

For the size of this place, it packs a lot of fun things! The help is friendly, and there is something for everyone. Great selection of DVDs, lingerie, and they carry Lelo. It wasn’t an uncomfortable atmosphere at all, and the prices were reasonable.

Good for men who are looking for videos. Very small store with no selection of anything for women. The woman employee was also very unfriendly and didn’t even look at me when I spoke to her.

They have an OK collection of items, but their service here is pitiful. They double charged me for a product then they made me call back multiple times to try and get a refund… I don’t live in Santa Rosa anymore and I can’t exactly walk into the store to take care of this. Ridiculous.

Yes, the S.R. Adult bookstore is filthy and in the seediest location possible but they get three stars for being a cornerstone of porn in Santa Rosa. It really is too bad about this place but this is partially a result of the puritanical views held by some members of the Santa Rosa City Council, who fight against more centrally located adult stores tooth and nail.
Spice Sensuality Shop is a really classy shop that recently opened right on 4th St. but from what one of the owners told me, they are getting flack from the city for selling adult toys in their discreet back room.

It’s your typical adult store and was my first experience in such a place. Ah yes, I remember it fondly having just turned 18 and was finally able to go in the big bad store.
Toys, books, videos, the usual things you would find in a place such as this. Staff are friendly but I never said more than a couple words to them as I was quite shy back then.
