Other than the fact that this is the most accessible Starbucks for me, this is by far my favorite. The staff here are engaging and charming without being lax about the job. The tables are quickly wiped off when a customer leaves. The staff are never not moving even there’s a lull. I love, love, love the toads on the counter. What a cute couple.

It’s get pack during rush hour so I highly suggest to avoid cutting all cost! Other than that you will enjoy the drinks.

Usually understaffed and the older cashier seems grumpy very often. Can’t count on the«barista«to make a consistently good latte. Kind of a crap shoot. I only come here if I’m in no hurry at all and have nothing else to do. I feel stupid being here but seem to be addicted to the thrill of seeing if my $ 7.00 latte is a total waste of money or what. I must be an addict to deal with this corporate ungrateful place.

This Starbucks seems to be a bit slow and uncaring to the customers. I stopped in three time while I was in the area. Each time the staff was preoccupied with conversation between each other than giving the customer their attention. But it is Starbucks and the coffee is consistent and always hot and fresh. The homeless guys the take a bath in the rest room needs to be cleaned up as well. The restrrom is for customers use and having to wait 15 minutes to use it is ridiculas!

Well I asked for one extra shot in my Americano and I got two. Not the end of the world, they were really nice about fixing it.

Starbucks is all about the coffee, now it’s also the pastry.(not so much actually though i do like la boulange). eats: Hot ham & swiss panini(5.65) -«naturally smoked ham, swiss cheese and grey Poupon mustard on focaccia» small. premade, so no veggies within. no negative aftertaste. a maybe repeat if no other alternatives available. crumbs: –unlike other starbucks locale, lots of parking here so 3.5 stars or 4. –service the usual pleasantries.

I know all the Starbucks coffee shops carry similar products but the review is for the service. I go in there in the morning like most people and there is usually a line. The staff is cheerful and they work together to get people their order fast and accurate. They even know the regulars by name and what they usually order. Cheers!

Yes its a chain, but you get consistent quality. The employees are friendly, and actually take time to get to know your name if you’re a regular. Unlike some establishments that have signs on every possible square ft of wall space declaring«buy something every hour or else,» it is possible to relax and chat with people. Without being in danger of incurring the wrath of the owner.

I’ve gone to almost every Starbucks in Sonoma county and I have noticed most are similar but not the people. The customer service is what makes the place stand out. I go to this Starbucks pretty often and I will say everytime Sara serves me my coffee it makes my experience that much better! She is outgoing and full of energy that it literally gets passed on to you! Anyways the other workers there are great too but Sara’s smile and personality make this a 5 star for me!

This Starbucks is conveniently located on Guerneville Road, so if you’re heading to or from the Russian River area, this is the place to get fueled up. It’s great coffee for the home stretch. There is a nice booth, the seating is good, and the service is fast. The coffee was delicious, and the barista recognized my «coupon»(if you buy a pound of Starbucks coffee, you can get a free cup of java) I got an egg salad sandwich, so they do have meatless lunch fare. The dill in the sandwich… what a Russian touch… The parking lot is chaotic, since Starbucks shares space with a Ralph’s, a hardware store, several fast food joints AND a gas station. Drive carefully. It’s a pleasant little waystation.

I don’t usually bother reviewing chains unless the service is either extremely good or extremely bad; in this case, it was the latter. =P I went into this Starbucks on my birthday and, after being the only person in line for at least 5 minutes(while the employees talked to themselves and to one customer who was hanging around), asked to purchase a muffin and a free birthday drink. The employee(an African American woman, mid-twenties…didn’t catch her name) was rude. She refused to grant me a birthday drink even though I offered to show her both my starbucks card as well as my driver’s license. She also never apologized for the delay. I’ve never had a problem getting a drink on my birthday. C’mon, guys. Your coffee is mediocre compared to brands like Peets. It’s also highly overpriced, so I would at least expect decent service — and some proof that you may actually care about making your customers happy. I won’t be returning to this location.
