Pretty grounds beautiful exterior! Nice office space. The apt is decent but not much offered interior wise for high rent other than pretty grounds. Rent $ 1400 plus $ 100+ for a parking space. Convenient shops and restaurants next door is really nice!

They need to update there website. Brina is no longer there. It might be pet friendly, but I sure didn’t like paying for the parking space. They are now on there third manager, there.

I love the apartment setting. Its light, quiet and clean. They allow pets as well. I am not aware that there is a pool. Here’s a huge downside though. There is no parking offered. You can rent a parking spot for $ 50 per month but even if you wanna rent, they don’t have enough places. The back gate is closed during night so have fun with walking around and coddingtown mall and apartments recently started towing cars. So that’s a huge downside and there is really no way of parking. So be aware of that.
