Technicians here get it and know what to do to get your mac back up and running. However, that does not translate to the folks that you meet at the front desk — the service desk got the hard drive type and price wrong, added an hour for data recovery that was not needed and did not select the correct OSX for the tech to install — a second call to the technician resolved the hard drive and labor costs but still missed on the OSX requested.
Just need better communications skills on the front desk to ensure they get the very capable techs to get the job done the first time
