Hot Dog On a Stick

In the middle of the food court these brave souls greet each customer wearing their very bold blue, red, and yellow striped uniforms dropping hundreds of hotdogs into a blanket of sweet velvety cornbread batter, before a quick dip in the fryer, and the finally enjoyed by me!
I don’t need nor do I want lots of fries so, I ordered the kids meal which is why accompanied by a child size drink. I went for original lemonade.
Next time, I’m ordering a second corndog separately in addition to the kids meal, and trying the cherry lemonade!

Rebecca helped us when I was ordering hotdogs for my not so patient kiddos and she was awesome! Everything came out quick and delicious! It was a great first experience.

You don’t expect much from this kind of a place, but they should at least be fair. Come on, a hot dog is beef unless you specify ‘turkey.’
I ordered a hot dog and got a question-​turkey or beef?
I went with beef.
Who would have known there was a half dollar up-​charge for beef!!!
The staff member found the notice that beef was more, but it wasn’t right where it lists Hot Dog on a Stick.
I asked the staff member to let management know I was not a ‘happy camper.‘

If you find yourself craving a corn dog and the fair isn’t in town or if you’re getting hungry while traversing the great wonder of capitalism that is the mall, this isn’t such a bad choice. The corn dog options are Nathan’s beef dogs, turkey, or veggie. They also have pretty awesome cheese on a stick. I don’t even want to know the calorie count on that rare treat.
To drink go with the hand made lemonade. There are the regular soda options, but the lemonade is awesome and it would be a shame to miss it.
My one complaint is the fries are cooked in the same oil as the funnel cakes, which gives them a sweet smell and a nasty aftertaste. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence or not. I think I’ll just stick to the dogs.

The employees are always super friendly and energetic, despite the silly uniforms they have to wear.
Nothing beats the classic hot dog on a stick, fries and a large cherry lemonade :)

I love hotdog on a stick!!! I always get the two different cheese dogs they are always so amazing! The lemonade is very sweet I usually get a small since it’s so sweet. But it’s good. Plus I love watching them make the lemonade it’s so silly. Best cheese dogs ever!

This place is great if you just want a quick snack. Their fast and the dogs are good. I highly recommend the lemonade, its delicious.

The hot dog on a stick in Santa Rosa plaza has been a mall staple for years! If you go to the mall you really should stop by and get a fresh lemonade (I recommend lime on a naugnty day or sugar free if you are being good)… also the Cheese on a stick is TO DIE FOR. The employees here are always fast, fresh and friendly :)
