The store was great about a moth ago. However, all the nice fun people are gone and what is left are rude workers. With my dad I bought a new game with his permission. He told the worker that it was okay for me to get this game. However the cashier didn’t see it. The worker went on and on about how it was not appropriate. I don’t agree. If a parent tells the worker it is ok to get this game that should be the end of it. After my next game comes out, I am doing my business at the gamestop at the mall.

RIPOFF. They’ll buy your games, Xbox or controllers, but they rip you off for way way way under what you paid for it. $ 36 for an Xbox. Terrible terrible rip off. I hate this place. They over price and underpay.

Great service and selections. We went into this store looking for a gift for our 8 year old grandson. We know NOTHING about these games and the salesperson, John, was very helpful and knew his merchandise. He was able to direct us to appropriate games and let us make the decision. If I’m look for more games in the future, this is where I will go!

Went to purchase a game for my son, 2÷22÷1411:32am. We decided on Diablo3 by Blizzard. John, the person working there began to ring up a pre-owned copy even though we asked for a new copy(since it was only a $ 5.00 difference). He said«oh OK», and returned with what he called a new copy. He began to ring us up again as I mentioned that the copy he is selling us has been opened. The seal was broken and scotch tape was there to re-seal the CD case. I said«please sell us a new copy». He went on to tell me that it was the only one left that he had that was new. I again said«this isn’t new if the seal is broken». He told me it was a store demo/display, which means it was used as a demo and it is store policy to still sell it as new.(it could have come from anywhere) First, I have a hard time believing that they didn’t have any«new» copies. I found this particular sales rep to be more like a shady used car salesman than someone you would trust. I have a hard time believing store policy is to sell previously used game Cd’s as if they were brand new. Considering it was Blizzard’s software. I also highly doubt that gamestop in general is representing their interests as well. In conclusion, we left there a little skeptical of gamestops integrity. The small instruction pamphlet that comes with the CD was all bent and corners mashed in as if it was well handled. For $ 65.24, It really felt awful that this is considered NEW. If you are someone like me that likes to know for sure that you are getting new quality software for the cost. I’d avoid this particular location.

Everyone was very patient with me and very helpful. I will be coming back to this location over all others due to the friendly staff and the great selection. Some other game store locations have staff that treat you like you are unimportant and sometimes if you state what games you like to play they will treat you badly because they arent into the same game genre. I also believe the 1 bad review on here was meant for the plaza mall location and not this one!

The ppl that work here are all friendly & helpful. I mean there’s times when you just want to get in and get out… and if you’ve been in this store a few times and they recognize you then accomplishing this could be difficult becthey are really game enthusiasts. But I’d rather it be like that then have to deal with a bunch of rude shits.

Drove an hour to three different gamestops in search of a PS2 Network Adapter. These guys had it. They also had a surprisingly large amount of special editions for various games behind the counter as well as a very spacious store. Unusual given GameStop’s tendency to cram themselves into whatever is available for dirt cheap. The parking lot is cramped and the people driving in it are typically morons. Someone tried to bring their Hummer in only to find that nobody likes a Hummer driver.

We kind of had an idea of what we wanted, we were offered some help, and we declined(we were in the mood for browsing). We found a few things we liked and narrowed down our picks to just one, horribly pre-adolescent game that neither of us would ever want to be caught dead with. The guy at the counter took one look at our selection, one look at us, and remarked that we were brave– since most people would make up some sort of child, niece, or cousin for this particular game. «Oh, no,» my brother explained, «I’m a big iCarly fan! I’m not afraid to hide it.» After exchanging a few more smiles and nods, some cash for a receipt, we quickly hid the game in the birthday bag already in the car. The layout, staff, cleanliness, and overall vibe of this place makes it my favorite of all Gamestop stores. Even with all the shopping center activity, parking is still very easy to find.

If you don’t feel like going to the two stores in the Plaza, then this is the one to go to. No, not just because it’s the only other store in town, but because their selection can’t be beat, nor can their prices. The store is large, easy to navigate, and clean. They have a huge collection of used games, which is mainly what i visit for, and very knowledgeable sales staff. It didn’t matter that I was the only customer, they were still quick to help me out, and had all the answers I needed. Their prices for used games seem slightly cheaper than the other two locations, although I’m not 100% on that. All I know is that I walked out with two new(to me) games that were very easy on the wallet.
