Came here the other day to get a couple sandwiches for my wife and I. Ended up having a not so warm and fuzzy experience. Was treated very rudely by a middle-aged woman(won’t mention the name). She must have been in a terrible mood. Would only mumble to me. Never made eye contact while making our sandwiches and asking what I wanted. Cussed when ringing me up about her #=$!°*% day and how people don’t stock things right when they close. I was so appalled, I asked her if there was something I did wrong because, «You’re extremely rude.» This was earlier in the day, around 10:30am, won’t be coming here again around that time.

I go to Subway a lot. Its a healthier choice than other fast food establishments, so I prefer it. Now that I work in Montgomery Village, I find myself at this particular Subway several times a week. Staffing is sometimes an issue, but that is true at every Subway I have been too. It is likely a corporate policy on payroll. Yeah, they can be a little stingy on condiments, but again, that is true for all Subways. At this particular restaurant I always find smiling employees with friendly attitudes. Tailor, Mellea and Alex are all awesome. This restaurant has gone out of their way to accomodate me with ordering extra fat free dressing packets for my salads. Great customer service and great staff!

I go here because it’s close to my work during the week. I find it very hit and miss. When Suki is there, it’s best; I think she is the manager. She’s always friendly and welcoming. Other than the standard«welcome to Subway» that I get from a random employee, I get no smiles or other friendly attitude. There has recently been a large turnover too so the«old favorites» are no longer there. Recently my sandwiches have been sloppy and difficult to eat. With condiments that are carelessly applied, the bread gets very soggy and I’m leaving with mustard and mayo all over my hands. Also if the sandwich maker picks up too much meat, it’s not very appetizing to see the extra meat just thrown back into the bin. I would like to see more friendly people and smiles! Show me that you are glad I am there, please.

My family had dinner here on New Years Eve and yes that was very difficult for me to admit. It was a typical Subway but the two employees were chatty. They didn’t seem to mind that my kids were performing an imaginary ballet in their empty restaurant. I should give this place 5 stars for being open on NYE. We stopped at numerous places that were closed or reservations only.

My husband and I stopped last week(1st time) the guy was ver nice but said the computer was out so you had to pay cash, that was OK. Ordered the meal. I don’t drink sodas so I got a ice tea. Thank God they didn’t have any ice. Some lady said something to the people behind the counter. Two came out and popped the front of the machine. I was facing it and almost got sick to my stomach. Told my husband the throw his food out and let’s leave. The plastic hoses were coated with mold or mildew, not sure of which. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I am calling the health dept to have it checked before someone ends up in the hospital. Never will I eat at another subway. Disguesting

I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my entire life! The girl who helped me obviously did not want to be working there. I ordered what I always do; vegetarian foot long with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar and no cheese. She gave me literally 3 piece of bell pepper for the whole sandwich, and a pinch of onion. When I asked for more onion she grabbed 3 tiny pieces and spread them out over the entire 12 inch sandwich. I couldn’t help but laugh and ask if that was it. She put a few more slices on then. She never asked if I wanted mayo/mustard or any other sauce. My sandwich had twice as much bread as all vegetables combined. She started to ring me up and I told her my husband and I were together. She rolled her eyes and started helping the people behind us in line. I don’t think we will ever go back to this subway!

One of the best Subways in Santa Rosa. Have never had a problem with any of the employees or the orders being made incorrectly in person or over the phone. This is for sure our go to Subway in the local area.

Watch out for this Subway. I have been charged incorrect prices for standard items over the last few weeks. For example, today they charged me $ 5.25 for the $ 5 Daily Special. I asked why the $ 5 Daily Special wasn’t $ 5 plus tax, and was told«because I got it to eat there.» Ridiculous. There was no mention of this cost/price on any of the prominently displayed in-store ads. A couple of weeks ago it was $ 3.50 for the $ 3 monthly special. I know these don’t seem like large amounts, but I’m sure they add up to substantial overcharges. Check your receipt before you go and challenge any errors. I won’t be going back.

Stopped by on Tuesday for a quick sandwich… Ordered a tuna $ 5 footlong, was surpringly very good. Service was quick and efficient. Servers were friendly. I recomend this Subway and the tuna sandwich.

One of the better Subways in the area.(although I still love the valero gas station one) Friendly, clean, and they make a great sandwhich. Last night I stopped in and half of a veggie, and half of a meatball — both made perfectly.

an extra couple of stars for the one girl who was working there about 2 weeks ago and had to serve me and 7 other friends right before closing. she was patient and even put extra meat on the sandwiches. thank you!
