Ruby is amazing! Don’t be fooled by other reviews. She works by appointments only because she likes to be available for her clients and doesn’t want to rush. She is super polite and professional. She communicates very well with her clients. She returns phone calls or txt messages quickly. She does whatever she can to work with your schedule. It is important to know that she doesn’t work weekends. But she will stay late during the week if you can’t make it earlier.
My eyebrows are perfect every single time. I used to pluck my own eyebrows and honestly messed them up pretty bad. She told me what I had to do in order for them to be the way they are now. I love my eyebrows and I go every 3 weeks. I have been going to Ruby for about 5 years now. I never go to anybody else.
I always get compliments on my eyebrows and I always recommend her. She is reasonably priced and sends a courteous reminder the day before you appointment. Threading doesn’t hurt at all and it doesn’t make me breakout like waxing would.
Go to Ruby and I promise you won’t be disappointed :) she is absolutely amazing!

Ruby is awesome! She is the best threading person I have ever been to. And I have been to MANY in the last 10 years or so. She is very thorough and gentle and charges a fair rate for the work she does. She is also very kind and knowledgable about skin care and hair removal. I would highly recommend her!
One thing to note, she is inside of Rejuvenance Spa. Right next to Verizon and across the street from Chase. You can even text her for an appointment and she will also explain the location.

Ruby is the best! I first tried threading because my skin is sensitive and waxing was too harsh. I am so glad that I did. Not only is it more gentle, it’s more thorough. No stray hair escapes Ruby. I’ve been going to her for years now and am always pleased. I have gone to other threaders when I have been away from Santa Rosa, and can definitely say that Ruby is the best. She really cares about her clients and about doing a perfect job. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Ruby is amazing. I take my teenage daughter for eyebrow threading to Ruby. She is patient with her and listens to what she wants. She doesn’t over pluck and even from the beginning advised my daughter what suits her face and age.
The waiting room is relaxing. There’s free parking at the back.

Love ruby’s threading. I have been going to her for years. She shapes my brows perfectly and always takes her time with me. Won’t see anyone else. She’s the best in town.

after trying other threading places and having mixed results I am very comfortable with Ruby. Even my 13 year old is sold and comfortable with her.

I was excited to learn that there was a place in Santa Rosa where I could get my eyebrows threaded… I needed it so bad! It was a Sunday when I came by. I had called in advance (since I didn’t have an appointment), but no one answered, so I decided to just come by and see if they could fit me in. When I got there, the salon was open… but completely abandoned. The sign outside suggested it was open, and I was there during their posted business hours, but nobody was inside. It was WIDE OPEN! I walked around inside calling to see if anyone was there, but no one was.
I figured maybe it was just a lunch break, so I left a message on the answering machine (which I could hear when I was standing in the salon), walked around the mall, and came back. Still open. Still empty. I did this repeatedly for the next hour and forty five minutes. Finally I gave up and had my eyebrows waxed elsewhere.
Later in the day I received a call back (I believe from Ruby?). She left a polite message, but said that she sometimes doesn’t come in on Sunday unless she has appointments. While I completely understand this, I was amazed that she would leave the store wide open all day without any explanation to customers that she would be back.
Lesson learned, I guess: Make an appointment in advance. And if you really need a fix right away, this may not be the most reliable bet.

I have only had threading done by one other lady so I’m not an expert. I’ve gone to Bollywood three times now and I think she does a great job. I often call and ask if I can come in immediately, and she usually squeezes me in.
I recommend threading to anyone who has their face waxed. Waxing makes me brake out, so I looked for an alternative. Threading is the answer. My face stays red for about a half hour after threading, but after that it goes back to normal, except It’s hair free.

my sister and i both got our eyebrows done, and she got her upper lip as well. my sister’s eyebrows came out really nice, mine were alright. we didnt have an appointment, but they were able to get us both done and out in about 20 mins. i prefer threads in the dublin area, but i was visiting my sister so we thought we’d just go together.
$ 10 for eyebrows, $ 16 for eyebrow with upper lip.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about threading. I was in town and in serious need of hair removal. Didn’t have an appointment, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes looking all the more cleaner and smoother. Ahhh. The ambient music was a nice touch too.
Minor pain and temporary redness MUCH better and more tolerable than when I’ve had this done elsewhere. I will definitely be returning.
