Over a week ago I saw Alisa and she applied eyelash extensions to my virgin lids! The second I laid «eyes» on the results I was THRILLED! Probably scared poor Alisa when I grabbed her for a huge happy hug! My lashes are looking great and I love the time it’s saved me in the morning. Applying mascara has always been one of the single most time consuming parts of «putting on my face» each day. I’ve also been wearing less make-​up in general since the lashes make me feel like I don’t need a lot more. I truly love the way they look. It’s an investment both in money and time (takes about an hour to apply the extensions and for touch-​ups too), but overall, it’s saved me so much already in my day to day life – so I’m sure I can squeeze in the hour every 3 to 6 weeks. It’s worth it. Alisa sends you home with clear instructions as to how to maintain and clean the lashes and so far, so good for me there. It really helps to blow dry them on cool like she advised so they dry and fan out faster too. Alisa is friendly, professional, and highly skilled at what she does. Even if I don’t keep these up I’ll surely be going back for special occasions and recommending her to anyone interested!

I would give a zero rating if I could. After I made an appointment online, the deal on groupon disappeared before I could purchase it. Went back to cancel my appointment and the link wouldn’t go through online. Called several days before my appointment to cancel and no one answered. Left a voicemail and got no response. Sent an email and got no response. All BEFORE their 24 hour cancellation policy. After more attempts to call someone answered and said the owner, Monica, would get back to me within 30 minutes. She never called but after hours sent me an email saying they have a strict cancellation policy and couldn’t do anything about it even though I explained I tried cancelling and getting ahold of the business to follow through with cancelling several times days before my appointment. Long story short and several avoided calls by her later, I took them to the better business bureau and they didn’t even respond to THAT! My complaint is publicly posted on the BBB website. I am extremely upset with this company and hope no one else is robbed by them so unprofessionally again!

Online I signed up for a $ 125 touch up. By the time the appointment came a week later, my lashes were all gone. When I arrived, Alisa told me she could do a full set «for just a little more.» The set was $ 325!!! I was shocked! My mistake for not asking, her mistake for not telling me in advance. Definitely not worth $ 325!!!

This review is for Brittany Acosta at Seasons of Skin. It was my first experience with a spray on tan in 10 years. I am so glad I gave it another chance. Brittany was so professional, knowledgeable and sweet. I felt very comfortable and had great results. I would definitely recommend her services. I forgot to mention the spa itself was hip, charming and very hygenic. This place is spot on.

I’ve had my brows done by Monica for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I’ve followed her through changing locations, and now she has her own beautiful and elegant shop. In addition to the professional service, she is friendly, engaging, and down-​to-​earth. I strongly recommend this business.

I loved the little shop they had inside, it was so cute! My mum got me a groupon to get my eyelashes done with Ricky. It was easy to make an appointment with their online system. Ricky was very fun to chat with and really loves what he does. My eyelashes look wonderful and I am very happy with them!

I purchased a Groupon for three spray tans with Brittany. Although she made me feel comfortable while being tanned topless (which was my first time doing so), I did not like that she spoke to be throughout the whole time she was spraying because it was difficult to respond when there was tanner being sprayed at me and near my face. Yuck!
All three of my tans did not come out evenly. My forearms and calves were notably and awkwardly lighter and my thighs were darker than should have been. I’ve gotten two full body tans and half body tan, and I did not like the outcome of any of them.
The place is nice looking and Brittany is nice enough, but I did not like the service.

This review is for waxing by Deniece she has a room inside of seasons of skin. This was the best Brow waxing experience I have had! Deniece listened to my concerns and followed through! my brows look perfect! nice location, staff was polite!

Monica was GREAT my brows have never looked so good — got them waxed and colored and I no longer have to color them in — saves me time. The spa is super clean, smells fantistic — and good parking (for being close to downtown).

Go see Alisa for lash extensions, she is great and they last so long! Reasonably priced. their in a cute little victorian house thats super cozy and inviting.

I had a wonderful experience. My facial was relaxing and rejuvenating… just what I needed! All the products she used were unhand to purchase. I’m on a tight budget (the facial was a treat to myself), so I could only select a few items. She helped me pick out things that would continue helping my skin without busting my budget. Fabulous!

My daughter gave me a gift certificate to Seasons of Skin, so I went, reluctantly. I had been to other high-​end salons where the staff was very cold, and I often left feeling like a schlep. Not here. I walk in without any make-​up and in my yoga pants and am still treated like, well, a queen! What a morale boost! I feel that I can just be myself, and not put on «airs» or deflect «airs».
I was very pleased to not only receive an excellent facial by Monica, with excellent products, but that I felt so comfortable and at ease. There is a genuine niceness here that makes me feel welcome. Monica, as well as other staff I have spoken to, treat the customers professionally and respectfully, in an authentically warm manner. They seem to love what they do, and they do it well.
Plus, the facials are amazing! I will not go without anymore. I find the price reasonable and my skin is so much improved. Not to mention the pure relaxation that I get from the treatments. I will continue to go back again and again.
The great gift boutique is a must-​see, also. I just really love this place, and Monica.
It is in a really cool building, and decorated beautifully. A wonderful ambiance.

PLEASE READ! I got two $ 100. gift certificates for my girlfriend last year for seasons of skin for xmas. when she went to use them last month she was told they were expired and could not use them. I called Monica 3 times and was told she was not able to come to the phone as soon as I told the girl on the phone what I was calling about. when I called back the 4^th time I was told, Monica said she would not honor the certificates. thanks MONICA not

Received a gift certificate for Seasons of Skin from my colleagues when I retired almost 2 years ago.go.Went for a facial, met Monica and have been a regular client since. I also got a friend started there by giving her a gift certificate for her birthday.
The place is very cute, clean and cozy. Monica has done a great job with my sensitive skin… I feel great when I leave there and my skin looks and feels better. I go on a regular basis and look forward to it.

I have been going to Seasons of Skin for at least 10 years now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Getting a facial from SOS is as good as having a full body massage in terms of feeling relaxed. The atmosphere is relaxed yet somewhat elegant but I always feel at home there.

This spa is very clean, offers a variety of services and has such cute gifts and products for sale. They are downtown, but have their own parking lot in the back too.
However, I’m giving them a low rating based on a bad experience I had with the owner/​manager. I had purchased a gift certificate special online assuming I could use it for my eyelash extensions (The email and website did not say anywhere that there were exceptions or exclusions). But when I tried to use the gift certificate I was informed that I couldn’t use the gift certificate for eyelash extensions.
Okay, so I asked for a refund. For a $ 250 gift certificate the owner wanted to charge me $ 50 to return it. Charging a high return fee for a gift certificate because of their poor advertising is just plain bad customer service. So then I decided to use the gift certificate anyways for other services. I was told that (even though it was listed on their website), they didn’t have anyone to do nails. So I couldn’t even use the gift certificate for my second choice of their services.
Needless to say, this left a sour taste in my mouth, especially the attitude the owner gave me when I told her that I thought she needed to make her advertising more clear or be more accepting of refunds without charging her customers an unreasonable refund fee. I won’t be back.

Brittney Acosta that does spray tanning is AMAZING!!! I had never had a spray tan in my life & after having a baby then losing the weight I needed help to look better in shorts for Summertime! I bought on Groupon whch is the way to go!
Brittney was very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. (Even in a naked warrior pose!) I will definitley be back to Seasons for spray tanning, maybe more!

I got a Groupon deal here on a whim for a spray tan. I was going camping and thought having a bit of color before my trip would be a good idea.
Beware though, my I-​phone took the directions from Unilocal and went to a completely wrong area so I ended up 15 minutes late for my appointment. I would attribute this to the fact it felt like a very rushed appointment.
Besides the fast it felt very rushed I still left pleased. Britney was nice and did a good job on the tan. The tan was not as dark as I normally would want, but still gave me a good amount of color. I was happier color wise with my spray tan from Great Sunsations.
I can’t say I would come back here for a spray tan because Great Sunsations is my go to place for any type of tanning. However, the facility was really nice and beautiful. I would like to come check out other services they have such as waxing or facials.
