I also have her wax my brows/​lip. I love the time and attention she gives you when you are on her table. I highly recommend her services!

Katy waxed my eyebrows, chin, and lip. Boy do I regret it. I left her room with a swollen and red face. Never did my skin take a beating like that in my entire life. I absolutely will not go back to her again and risk further skin damage.

Okay, I’m a guy and for my last B’day I decided to get a facial… my first. After 68 years why not? It was an absolute amazing experience and I was hooked. My skin never felt or looked better. Since then I’ve tried a couple other places while vacationing and as I told my wife, I’m glad I had Katy for the first one or I’d never have known how wonderful a facial can be.
I can not recommend her enough and can not wait to get back to Santa Rosa for another wonderful experience. If I lived there I’d be a regular.

I purchased a groupon here for a Brazilian since I was unable to get one at my usual spa before coming home for the holidays. Katy immediately helped me schedule an appointment and even texted me a reminder the night before, which was a nice touch. Finding her place can be a bit hard since there are two spa places in the same building. She was really thorough and even recommended products to help combat ingrown hairs. Definitely worth it and I would see her again if the time arose.

I’ve been using Katy for waxing for about two years now and she always does a great, thorough job. Her environment is very sanitary and relaxing. She listens to what you want and waits for your approval before finishing up… some other places just wax you and get you out the door. I plan to use Katy forever!
