My kid got a nasty cut on vacation one morning, so I called the folks at Doc Smiley around 930 am. They told me that mornings are their busiest time of the day and that there was currently a wait, but if I was able to delay and come by at 11 am, they would be less busy. And it all worked out like they said. I really appreciate that the receptionist steered me to a quieter time with less wait. We saw the Doctor right away and my kid got his wound cleaned and dressed. No stitches needed, TG! Thanks Doc Smiley!

After a fishing trip, a friend stepped on a fileting knife. We brought him to Doc Smiley’s. The staff was expeditious, efficient and ever so friendly. The Doctor thoroughly reviewed the medical history of our friend and after treating the cut prescribed antibiotics as a precautionary measure since our friend had a prosthetic knee. We want your vacation on 30A to be safe and happy, but in case an injury or illness presents itself, we recommend Doc Smiley’s.

Doc Smiley truly cares! I have personally experienced another urgent care in our area and this one is SO much more professional and expedient. The staff are all caring and accommodating. The clinic is spotless. I recently took my son in for a hand injury. Thankfully there is an X-​ray on site. She followed up with me in a few days to see how he was doing. That is above and beyond! I’m so thankful we have Doc Smiley on 30A! Not only did she save me a trip to Sacred Heart ER, she really set my mind at ease!

Great clinic in a convenient location in seagrove on 30a! Awesome staff & great physicians. They have X-​ray on site & can handle most urgent medical conditions. They are not a primary care clinic, so look elsewhere for management of chronic medical conditions.
