I love this store, especially when things are on sale. If you check out the corner pockets of the store, you’ll find great deals. I got a navy fleece for $ 5!!! Great quality stuff and amazing prices. Their basic layers are breathable and warm for the winter — we stocked up for a trip to a cold weather destination and these were truly great staples for us. Packed easily, breathable, so we didn’t have to wash them often, and kept us really warm without feeling too bulky. They also have nice work and casual clothing there is basic neutral colors and prints. But if you wan’t to mix it up with some color and prints, they have the occasional flash of brightness as well. Worth checking out — wish there were more stores in the area! My in laws from the East Coast love this place so much, that we literally make multiple trips here when they come so they can stock up on their own essentials.

Wow, this place is cool. When are we getting one in Vegas? It’s in Santa Monica Place, a few blocks off the pier, on the second floor. The clothing is pretty basic, but lots of great things to layer with. The prices are so reasonable! The store was amazingly neat and well organized and even the fitting rooms were spotless. My husband said the men’s stuff only goes up to size XL(is that true?) so bigger guys won’t find much here, I guess. I think I saw this store on Sunday Morning once and they showed these mirrors that can change the color of the shirt you’re wearing, so you can see yourself in a different color without actually trying it on! Is that in the US at all, or only at the locations overseas? Because this one didn’t have it. But what a cool concept! Can’t wait to shop here again next time I’m in the area!

False advertising store. Then employees talk to you stupid. I will never shop here ever again. Drove from Torrance location to Santa Monica for something they never had.

Not as nice or big as the Beverly Hills location, but I found what I needed or thought I needed. Staff is pretty friendly to boot and its a lot closer for me. Granted, if I need to make a major haul, I’ll go to the Beverly Center but if I just need a few V-necks, socks, etc, this is what I’ll probably check first. But yeah, its a little smaller.

My review may be skewed by the fact that my introduction to Uniqlo was in Japan… Where employees actually give a crap about their jobs and keep stores looking tidy and perfect… and everyone is well-dressed including the old people… but I was a little disappointed in the Santa Monica Uniqlo. I took my daughter there to buy clothes for school and was surprised to see the kids section only occupied a tiny corner rather than the two aisles at my favorite location in Japan. The store was also in quite a mess, making it difficult and not much fun to shop around. I ended up leaving very frustrated and will probably not go back, but order online instead. I give it a 3 because the clothes are still kinda cool… But without the superb organization of its Japanese parents, this Uniqlo is no longer on my shopping list.

This location is smaller than the one at the Beverly Center but it has all clothes for kids, ladies, and gents. The sales are always good because they bring the down the sticker price a lot. People don’t know that the quality of Uniqlo is great. Most of the clothes are very conservative and are basic stuff, but there are also innovative clothes that help cool your body down, or clothes that keep you warm but they are incredibly light and comfortable. The best part of Uniqlo is the graphic T’s they do collaborations with all kinds of artists and it’s really fun. The down jackets are crazy light and super warm too.

Unilocal 2015 Challenge #97 Heyo UNIQLO is finally in Santa Monica! Located in Santa Monica Place, which is two or three blocks away from SM Pier. They just opened the week prior to me coming here, so they still have the«Heyo we’re still new here» sales, which, similar to the Costa Mesa one, has cheaper deals for clothes, pants, and women’s wear. And they had something fun here too: A FREE photobooth! It looked confusing because it had«insert payment» but on screen it said«Free Credits» so we had our own fun customizing stuff in the photobooth: D. GETYOURDEALSBEFORETHEIR«Grand Opening Deals» disappear! –1 star because it was kinda hard to get any staff to get over to where we were.

The new store just opened this past weekend and it is a great addition to the mall. Unlike the Glendale store, this Uniqlo is well stocked and has a great selection. They have made the most of a smaller space through great store design. They have men’s, women’s and children’s clothing at this location. The staff were unbelievably helpful and they have great grand opening specials until June 25th. So glad to not have to drive to the Beverly Center for my Uniqlo fix! Although, the fact that it is a block from my work is probably not a good thing for my bank account.
