I see the paid scouts are still at work here. Always the big chains that get the most budget thrown against them. Sally alone, who I don’t like anymore, is posting in two different usernames against TB. I would imagine most of the other negatives are fakes too. Anyways, taco salad is still great, grilled XXL beef burrito is the most filling for $ 5 plus dollars. Just wish they’d bring back the Volcano burrito.

Just spent almost 30 minutes in the take-out line and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I didn’t see more than one bag handed to the car in front of me and my order was only two tacos and a mexican pizza. They were out of the smaller box and had to put things in a massive box. I felt bad for the girl at the window — she looked frazzled and confused. Who is managing this place? Can someone please help them? Who is the regional manager? I’ve had many times where this taco bell takes quite awhile compared to others. Also: be careful with driving your car in this drive through — the turn on the takeout lane is designed too tight and is not made for bigger vehicles. There are long scratch marks all along the brick wall where cars couldn’t make the turn. Kind of makes me chuckle — come for some cheap food, go away with it costing you an expensive paint job. They can’t really move the building but can someone please help those kids in there?

I love Taco Bell as a fast food restaurant but this chain in particular is just horrible. I have ordered from this location twice in the past month and both times my food was cold and not fresh at all. It was disgusting. Whoever is running this place needs to get their staff in check as well as themselves. Help make this Taco Bell better!!!

Service is good, food is good, however, I found a long black hair in my Mexican Pizza and it was baked in with the cheese. Please guys, be very careful! I’m a bald man, so I know for sure, the hair was not mine…

This place has consistently terrible chalupas! I’ve lived a couple blocks from this location for the last 4 years, and maybe twice a year I have a craving for Taco Bell. Unfortunately the convenient location always has me coming back, and EVERY time without fail, their chalupas suck! They’re always either cold or stale. Just terrible. Tonight was the last straw, I’m never going back! If you like chalupas like I do, then avoid this place at all costs.

Worst Taco Bell Ever. This is now my second consecutive time getting terrible terrible food there and I will not return. The first time was when I received a Fiesta Power Burrito with steak that had all of the steak on one end, all of the lettuce in the middle and everything else in the end. I chalked it up to a one-time mistake, and ordered a Grilled Stuft Burrito today. Of course, one end of the burrito wasn’t even fully wrapped and was sticking out inside the bag. When I finished the unwrapping of said burrito, both ends were completely open and it was more cone-shaped than anything. As with the prior time, the first bit I take into it is nothing but beef. A few bites down it changes to tomatoes, and then finally for the grand finale, a glob of sour cream and other assorted ingredients. This is obviously a consistent thing here and someone who is working there does not even deserve the meager minimum wage they are getting.(I worked fast food when I was younger, was scolded any time anything I did was slightly out of line, and we made our food quite well for the vast majority of the time so don’t tell me I don’t understand what it’s like).

I’ve experienced some hilariously bad drive-thru service here. There’s this one girl who I can guarantee will get my order wrong every time. One time I ordered a cheesy bean & rice burrito and got 4 crunchy taco and 4 soft taco family meal! I’m pretty sure she is constantly stoned at work. Another time, as I was leaving the drive thru, instead of saying bye the guy said«Good Luck». these people were so high

Got the cantina power bowl and was horrible. Very disappointed in it. Ordered it over the app and thought it would get it right when I got there and i waited for 15 min for it and no one was even in the store.

I don’t know why I was expecting to actually enjoy this… I ordered the AM crunch wrap, you know to give it a shot. And yea, I probably won’t go to Taco Bell again.

Aweful management. Incorrect/incomplete order and failure to resolve issue. Instead response of you’re wrong we are right. I lost a few dollars on my order for failure to check it as i trusted in employee telling me order is all there. If I were franchisee, I might consider auditing your location for some very serious issues. Reviews are correct, this place is disgustingly aweful and offensive to customers.

I just got picked up some food from the Drive-through and got back home to see we are missing stuff. And we didn’t even get back a receipt called to see if they can just credit our Taco Bell gift card but they don’t answer the phone. I guess just gave Taco Bell an extra $ 8… Never going back

Service is Great! Usually come drive thru because the lobby area is very tiny. With it was a little bigger but better than nothing, right? I usually come here for breakfast or lunch, I only work about 3 blocks away so its one of the closest fast food places around. Take Out is the way to go! Unless you don’t mind sitting outside in the sun(if you’re able to even grab a table) Food tastes just like any other taco bell. So no complaints there :)

The service has been fast and accurate every time, but there are two small factors that hold me back from a 5-star rating. First, they need a taller sign because coming from the west you can’t see the building because the building before it sticks out too far. Before I was familiar with the location, I drove by so many times without seeing it! Second, my turn radius is awful and that drive-thru does have a pretty tight turn. I’m nit-picking though. Great T-Bell!

Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. Add supreme to anything and it sounds great, am I right? Well this location is not called supreme Taco Bell for a reason. I will admit that no matter how often they spite me(everytime), I continue to return. Probably because of the convienent location. EVERYTIME I place an order, something ends up not in the bag. Or, if all of it does happen to get inside the bag(which is about 20% of the time), the items are demolished, to the point the bag is filled with liquid goo. I know I’ve ordered goo, but please at least give me all the items I ordered. Not one, not two, but several dozen times the order is WRONG. To add insult to injury after placing every order, you will hear them say«is the order right on the screen?» WHY do you do this to me!

I rarely do fast food, but once in a while I’ll just go in and don’t look back(it is way better if you don’t ever look back). We went through the drive-through and ordered a whole bunch of things. Burritos, 12 tacos, mexican pizza, and some other stuff. Asked for extra extra hot sauces. and they delivered. Food was fine… I didn’t not run to the bathroom– thank gosh!

Who gives a Taco Bell one star? Yes, I’m judging you — you’ve chosen to drive through a franchised food establishment with items for ~$ 1 each and you’re unhappy because the food is too greasy or the drive thru has too sharp a turn? Come on now, this isn’t a Michelin rated establishment — you’re at a TACOBELL. Yeah, the chicken costs $ 2 more, but it is actual chicken as opposed to the standard«beef». Anyhow, you’re probably here because you drank too much, needed some grease to coat the ol’ stomach, and whoever is driving(who probably swore that they were OK even though a cop would think otherwise) doesn’t have the required motor skills to negotiate a tight driveway. There are paint scrapes on the wall to warn you — duh, go slow and use your power steering or park your car on the street. I ordered promptly at the speaker, 1 minute later I had my order, the guy at the window was very nice, they didn’t forget my Fire sauce, my order was right, and the food tasted just like every other Taco Bell in the US. End of story!

So happy that a Taco Bell opened up near my place in Santa Monica! This location is renovated and looking very nice. It’s open late and is very clean. I like that they lock their bathrooms, so that transients cannot use it to bathe in or for people to do illicit activities during the evening. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately there is no inside area to eat… just an outside patio. Other than that, I’m happy to be able to walk to a Taco Bell!
