Love Savannah! And I adore the lovely people working there. Sure it is very expensive, but the clothing is spectacular! Joann is the kindest person you will EVER meet, and Arlette is dangerous because she is psychic. She will disappear into the back room and come out with something and your jaw will drop because its magical and exactly what you didn’t know you were missing but can’t live without. I have had my life altered by the special things she has suggested. My most beautiful pieces are from this store without question. Susan, the owner travels all over Europe to find these pieces, and it is the MOST professional staff you will find anywhere. They know their merchandise up and down and will even re-​do your closet in their spare time. This is a serious store for serious clothing, not that there isn’t whimsy — but if you need to go to a special event — you cannot go wrong. They will have something and you can get advice only a professional stylist would be able to offer. Its a special place!!!

The absolute GREEDIEST, HEARTLESS, ARROGANT Owners and Sales-​staff I’ve ever experienced in my life! I purchased at $ 2500 handbag that had a fingerprint stain on it the saleswoman didn’t show me. When I tried to exchange or return, they (Joann) said they would send it to Celine to be cleaned. Two weeks later, while I’m gone (in a clinic) believing it’s being taken care of, I receive a phone call from the owner (Julia) telling me to go in to show her the print, then later emails me that there is nothing wrong with the bag and so she REFUSES to do anything. They basically reneged and to top it off, they even wrote «fingerprint» on the drop off tag — admitting there IS a defect/​damage!
There are so many boutiques on Montana, in Brentwood, Beverly Hills, etc… don’t even waste your time in this shop. Definitely for the older clientele.
Every time I’ve stopped in (while eating at Marmalade next door), the shop is EMPTY of clientele. It’s no wonder with their business model of «tough luck, it says final sale you’re screwed.»
If you do end up with a damaged item don’t bother trying to reason with them because they’re clearly pros at being unreasonable. Julia told me, «if you dispute this charge you’ll just hit a brick wall… you’ll lose in small claims court…»

This store has BY FAR the best lines and service in LA. I haven’t found a boutique in LA that carries such a stellar buy… I am in love! If you want amazing pieces not found at every single boutique or at Barney’s then this is your spot. As well, there is a wonderful seamstress who will alter any piece purchased on location, and an absolutely lovely staff to guide you through the collections. I haven’t been to any store in LA that has a personal stylist on staff to style you… not to mention the girls who work there all have impeccable taste and style, so there is nothing like having someone who truly «gets it» advising you on what looks good. From experience, i can tell that these aren’t ladies looking to make a fast sale, there is a level of care and trust that is really nice. My #1 spot to shop!!!

High pressure sales for mediocre stuff you see everywhere else up and down Montana — but at twice the price.
Pretty unpleasant experience all around.
