Dr. Nattiv is patient, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable.
A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Nattiv because my 6 week old baby was having what seemed like an abnormal amount of digestive issues. He is my first baby; I have no idea what is considered «normal», and I would feel so helpless when he would seemingly writhe in pain from what looked like gas pains.
The office itself was clean and the staff was very nice. Starting from my very first phone call, the they were very informative and accommodating. Even better, they accepted my PPO insurance plan and billing was very simple.
Dr. Nattiv was so friendly and so patient with us. He was very thorough in taking our little boy’s medical history and doing the exam. Luckily, we brought a baby journal with us which we use to track our baby’s feedings and dirty diapers (pee vs. poop). He was very very informative about what was going on with our baby and explained everything in simple terms we could understand. After explaining everything, he came up with a game plan for us to help alleviate our son’s pain.
Fast forward a couple weeks later, my son’s digestion has improved dramatically. We’ve also been in touch with Dr. Nattiv to update him about our son’s weight gain. I think that’s to make sure there are no bigger digestive issues which I really appreciate.
NOTE: There is parking in the building but they don’t validate. The staff was gracious enough to mention that to me during my initial phone call.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Nattiv for any parent who has a child with digestive issues.
