Nike Brand

Came in here for my first time looking for running shoes. Customer service was very good– however, the 2 shoes that were recommended to me were not available in my size– and the backup pair she brought me out was the display model and dirty– those were given to me to buy. Sorry, for $ 120 I don’t want a display shoe that everyone has already tried on and was visibly dirtier than the other one. A cashier did offer to order a new pair for me online and ship to my house for free within 2 – 5 days. I thought this was only a feature that Nordstrom did– so that was a PLUS for me– sh also offered to clean the shoe for me– but it had visible scratches to one side, so I nicely declined.
My experience was just ok– The merchandise and layout of product in the store was nice and all, but what is the point if their inventory is little to none. A big bummer: I walked over to TJMaxx down the street to use the restroom and actually ended up finding the same pair (Lunar Tempo Nike) for $ 50! so maybe it was just a sign that they didn’t have what I wanted at Nike.
However, not sure I will be visiting them anytime soon for any shoes.
