Dr. Guttler was pleasant enough and the assistant was nice enough when setting the appointment and during the visit but everything went to hell afterwards when I received their bill. They let me know that the bill would be submitted to my insurance and I would owe half up front ($ 1171 for blood test and ultrasound and I aid $ 600 up front). My insurance rejected the claim because the code was obsolete and when I let Dr. Guttler’s assistant know that it needed to be resubmitted, she said that they have had too many issues with insurance and they won’t do it again. They submitted it incorrectly and refused to correct their mistake! She then let me know that I had a previous balance due of $ 1,500 but my last visit was 9 years ago! So I now have to submit the paperwork to my insurance myself. Horrible service and they need to retire from their practice.
