Great location in Brentwood Country Mart and best chicken tortilla soup I’ve ever had. The stock is house made and is absolutely delicious. Bought 2 more to take home!

Best crispy tacos ever! And the plantains, to die for! Great prices also! Come here on a Tuesday night, sit by the fire outside, and love your life! Will definitely make this a regular stop.

I love this place. It has great service and is always fast. I come here all of the time with my friends and family. It is always good. My favorite thing is the chicken quesadilla and rice. This place is one of my favorites and a go to.

What a unhealthy place! A lot of oil on their chicken tacos. Grossness! Also the guacamole was frozen. Disgusting!

Totally unprofessional!!! The cashier continues to make inappropriate jokes while you’re trying to get him to take your order correctly.

Liked it but didn’t love it. The portions were good but the chicken taco I had was so bland and they served us a sad excuse for a salsa with our chips. I’d probably go back for the al pastor taco. That was pretty good.

Andrea: ‘I’ll have the chicken Quesadilla’ Frida order taking guy: ‘Anything else?‘ Andrea: ‘Can you put onions on that?‘ Frida order taking guy: ‘No’ What in the what? I went somewhere else. How hard is it to put onions on a Quesadilla? I’ve had the quesadilla there before, it needed onions.

We stopped by the Brentwood Market to get ice cream for the kids and we ventured to the food court for lunch beforehand. They had some excellent options and I chose to get a chicken burrito from Frida’s. Extremely good. The service was sort of weird and bland, but they got the job done and the food came out quickly. I can’t say the same for my sister and her family who ordered at the burger place next door. We were done eating by the time their meals were ready. That said, their food looked very good too. Loved the fire pit. Free parking with validation.

Anyone tried the shrimp at this place? Prepare for a foul weird flavor that I cannot explain. My dad ordered the same shrimp Tostada before and was shocked that the shrimp the second time around still had the same foul taste! Its disgusting! Never again! Basic Mexican food with very little flavor.

Right off the bat I must say, I have had tacos just as good for half the price so that is a lesson learned for me. it’s taco Tuesday & was looking for some and ended up here not thinking about it. Tacos weren’t bad just really nothing special about there or anything that would make them any different than any you could probably get from a vendor on the street. rice was bland and beans were ok.

I get the taco combo. The chicken is your best bet. The cochinita is too saucy. The breakfast burrito is a great value.

Amazing carne asada burrito with guacamole, made it to the top 3 of my husband’s particular list. I’d say a solid 4 star Mexican joint, but throwing in that extra for the burrito & it just being conveniently located. Yea, it’ll be a couple dollars more, but saves me a trip to east LA

This location has the best tostada salad I’ve ever had! It has this amazing mango dressing, and I add chicken, avocado, and a bit of their(super spicy and delicious) red sauce, to mine. When I’m in the mood for something else, I get the 3 tacos, and you can’t go wrong with any of the meat choices. My favorites are probably the chicken mole taco and the al pastor taco. The guys working here are also really friendly and always remember me when I go there. Edited to Add: apparently they just started charging for extra dressing for the tostada. Too bad, because they only give you one small container when you get it to go, and the salad is huge.

5 stars for the breakfast burrito, and only the breakfast burrito(it’s the only thing I’ve ever ordered here). As a breakfast burrito fanatic, trust me on this one that Frida is the bomb. Their BB screams simplicity and quality! Normally, I’m more of a fan of the heavily meaty, crispy, greasy BBs but this one is much lighter. It consists of fresh eggs, amazing guacamole, cheese, and AMAZING thick, crispy bacon. Their salsa is also probably some of the best salsa I’ve ever had. Although the BB is simple, it is wonderfully well constructed and has a beautiful balance of flavors. My favorite BB in West LA – by far.

Sadly I had a not so great experience here at the Brentwood frida tacos location. I MEAN I GETIT, the unhappy Latin workers taking your order and making your food are probably fed up to their a**holes with the sh*tty snotty douchebag & douchepurse elites that frequent this place and constantly have sh*tbag requests like making the MEXICANFOOD less spicy… Ugh! I mean after all it is the Brentwood country mart… And if you know me, you know I HATEALLOFTHE B*TCHA$$ SH*TBAGS that populate this privileged city… But c’mon HOWHARDISITTOCOOKCARNEASADA!!! Ugh! So as you probably gathered, I ordered a carne asada burrito and though it looked great and the flavors were solid… The meat sucked di*k(haha)… it was rubbery, hard and bottom of the barrel oldish. to add further insult to injury, the whole burrito(ordered WET) was luke warm to slightly cold! even a TACOTRUCK serves their food HOTHOTHOT(and with properly cooked carne)… it’s sad because i really wanted to enjoy my Frida Tacos experience. and i would have given the location 2 stars(because the flavors were not bad at all) but the horrible carne coupled with the angry employees really kept the star generosity to a 1 only. my suggestion/recommendation, DON’T COMEHEREFORMEXICANFOOD!!! ;-) go to ELSUPERTACO or TACOSPLUS off of bundy and santa monica instead! you’ll be much more happier and you don’t have to wait on A$$HOLE brentwood prius drivers who act like they’re parking a tanker truck!

When it comes to Mexican food, I am a creature of habit and only order one thing: a wet style burrito with red sauce. Frida Tacos has one of my favorite wet burritos in all of Los Angeles(another good place is Gloria’s Café). Their ranchero sauce completely makes the burrito… it is so good I literally crave it sometimes. They have 7 different types of meat and 1 veggie option that you can get in their burritos and tacos. I am really picky about meat so I either order their shredded chicken mole(SO good) or get my burrito without meat. Also inside the burrito is rice, beans, sour cream, and cheese. Two different types of salsa come on the side. The burrito itself is gigantic but I am embarrassed to say that I can finish it in one sitting. I usually try to stop myself 2/3rds of the way through so I don’t go into a severe food coma for the rest of the day. All said and done my burrito comes out to around $ 10(obviously more if I add guacamole). I am always able to find parking at the Brentwood Country Mart but it could take a few laps on a busy day. Try to go when it is nice outside because seating is all outdoors.

Overpriced americanized Mexican food. The chicken quesadilla I ordered was way too greasy. It was actually swimming in a pool of oil. No thanks! My friend ordered a chicken salad and it only had a couple pieces of chicken for about $ 13. Are you kidding me? As least give me a whole chicken breast!
