Domino’s Pizza

It’s typical Dominos, not great but serviceable. Writing a review to let people know that this location does not honor the coupons they mail out. They claim it’s expired, although there’s no expiration date noted on the coupon. If they’re will to cheat someone out of a dollar from their own coupon what else are the ready to do for a buck?

I am very displeased with the service I received from this dominoes pizza. I specifically gave them my cell phone number to call when the delivery arrived and the driver called my house number that was on file waking up the baby in the house. This has caused the whole house to wake up and I am not happy with the lack of patience the delivery driver demonstrated.

Lamentable arrancar mi estadía en USA con esta reseña pero bueno, que se le va a hacer.
Luego de tres vuelos, llegamos a Los Ángeles y luego al Best Wester de Santa Mónica con una lija para 709 personas, más o menos, pedimos una pizza de pepperoni (longaniza) y otra margarita (muzza) para comer en el hotel. Por suerte, nos hablaban en español así que le dimos la dirección y el número de cuarto y esperamos a que llegara la cena. Teniendo en cuenta de que estamos en el país que se jacta de ser lo mejor en costumer service, pensábamos que en 20 minutos la pizza iba a llegar,¿no?
Que equivocados que estábamos.
A los 40 minutos llamamos para agregar unas gaseosas, ya que la máquina de gaseosas del hotel estaba vacía (otra reseña waiting to happen) solo para descubrir que el pedido ya se había enviado y había sido rechazado. Luego de insistir un poco descubrieron que la habían mandado al hotel pero habían anotado el número de cuarto equivocado. Aparentemente la chica que nos había tomado el pedido era nueva y se había equivocado. Esta bien, puede pasar.
Nos pusieron en espera para hablar con la manager, lo cuál hizo el proceso super largo y engorroso. Cuando, pedimos una compensación, dado que la pizza y las bebidas llegaron a las 12 y media de la noche (tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos más porque el pedido había sido tirado a la basura y lo tuvieron que hacer de vuelta, un gran total de 80 minutos por un par de pizzas) ¿Qué se nos dio de compensación? ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA.
De nuevo, si fueses cualquier otro país, vaya y pase. ¿Pero acá, que se la dan de ser super atentos con la atención al cliente y el servicio? Nah.
NEVER AGAIN, DOMINO’S.

Not from LA so after looking for a pizza place and finding a really good deal for dominoes I ordered at this locatio. They gave me a better deal and told me to keep the coupon I had for next time. Awesome service, very friendly andthe pizza was ready very fast.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 40 wings and was very disgusted by everything. The pizza was missing crust and the wings were nothing but fat and batter. No flavor on the pizza and the wings. Minor sauce on the wings and tasted old. I would never go back to this dominos.

Don’t order from them, the messed up my order, and then instead of fixing it wanted me to order again and pay for another delivery charge. It is run by staff that don’t think about what they are doing. Sad.

Been online ordering for years. I like Domino’s better than the rest. But it is only an average Pizza. Have never had a pizza overcooked. Also, if you order drinks online with them website will allow you to even if they are out of the drink you want. They will call to tell you they don’t have it usually. Other times they will make a substitution.
Always be sure to put a comment in «to bring napkins» as they usually don’t.
Very average for the industry service.

The staff here really needs to get there stuff together. Maybe the Tuesday night crew isn’t the strongest, but definitely the last time I call here… and maybe Domino’s in general. Sad day.

This is the best dominos I have ever lived by! They never mess up our order and Eduardo the delivery guy is awesome! Such a nice guy!

Gotta give these guys credit. Something wasn’t right and they fixed it right away. That’s why I’ll order again.

What else? It just is a pizza. Those who love Dominos, good for them. And for those love pizza hut, good for them as well. But, I am giving 4 stars for their warm attitude towards the homeless. maybe it is against Dominos policy. But it was pretty touching moment when I saw someone working there tried to save left over and give to homeless.

So, how does a businesses like Dimoes close at 1:00 on friday in a big city like santa monica? :-[

Completely incompetent people working here. Ordered online and pizza never arrived. Online order app status said pizza was delivered. Called the store and the person who answered, Jenni? said the driver was unable to find parking. The woman said the pizza could be remade but it would take another 30 min. I accepted and she hung up on me. I called back and asked why I was hung up on, she said we got «disconnected.» I did not want a pizza remade by these rude people so I told her forget about it. She was happy to hear that and hung up on me again. The online app to order is great, the humans to execute the order, not so much.

I order from here all the time for work. Always nice delivery folks, always get it quickly. Never a wrong order. Great store, great pizza. It’s Dominos MAN!
I’m ordering from there right now actually…

I have ordered from this store several times without a problem. However, when they have a problem it’s a big one. I ordered pizza today at 5:30pm. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes I called to check the status. The girl on the phone rudely said it was out for delivery and hung up. Then at the 2 hours and 30 minutes mark I called back. The guy that picked up was actually nice and concerned. He looked up my order and said it was delivered. I said no it wasn’t because I don’t have it. He asked me to call back in 5 minutes so that he could contact the driver. I called back in 10. A different guy answered the phone. I explain the matter and he abruptly tells me he has to send me to his supervisor. I hear him telling his supervisor and the supervisor yells back at him «I don’t want to talk to her!». Then he does actually pick up the phone. He was really rude and tells me that my order was delivered. I tell him it wasn’t because I don’t have it. He says well I don’t know what to tell you but maybe somebody else in your family got it. I say no that’s impossible because I’m the only one that lives here. He says well I can send you a new order it will take 35 minutes. I go are you serious? 35 minutes? He says well your order is lost this it the best I can do.
4 hours later my pizza arrived and they expect me to still pay!!! I don’t think so!

Worst ordering experience ever!
I did not receive my food. So I called when the online tracker said it was delivered and the manager Janeth said they’d call the driver and call me back.
She never did.
So I called again 10 minutes later and they were very rude and absolutely absurd with the way they speak to customers on the phone. So I canceled my order and Janeth claimed to have emailed me a receipt for my order cancelation and I never did.
This is by far the worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. The manager did nothing to help and her employees are very rude. They just kept me on hold and would answer the phone forgetting I was eve on the other line.
Dominos has really lowered its standards for employees lately.
I am extremely unimpressed by the service at this location.
Do not order from here if you’d like your food to come at all.

After eating at all these upscale pizza places in Santa Monica, I still think dominoes tops the list! Super delicious and flavorful! It’s always made perfectly! Delivery Comes super quick and the garlic crust is amazing! The specialty chicken with buffalo is incredible!

I mean come on, is Pete the Pizzamaker not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? I love Pete. I order Domino’s just so I can see cute little Pete’s animated face and his friendly little baker wave. Hawaiian pizza, 2 cups of ranch, cheesy bread, 2 cups of marinara, done deal. Always way faster delivery than they predict and always good. No mistakes, predictable in a good way… DEPENDABLE. There you go. Truly the most genius online ordering system I’ve ever seen. The fact they have something this thorough and exact shows how much they care in delivering a quality product to their customers and how eager they are for feedback. Great businesses don’t settle for just getting by with what they’ve always done, they always want to find ways to be better and I think Domino’s does that.

Things I love about this place:
1) super quick, they always have my pizza ready right away (I usually do pick up)
2) yummy pizza that is consistent
3) the online ordering is easy and fun
4) it’s so cheap!
Things I do not love about this place:
1) parking lot really sucks, very few spots and it’s extremely hard to get in and out of here.
2) sketchy people all over.yikes.
Overall — Domino’s is definitely my favorite chain pizza. I like their pasta offerings too, and their website is super easy to use and has all kinds of nutritional information and customizations. They definitely do the website right. I’m a fan of you, Domino’s, I just wish this location was a bit less sketch.

I like Dominoes over Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. The thin crust is superb and I ordered jalapeño/​onions and mushroom/​olives for delivery which was in time. Add a little Sriracha sauce and you have bliss. The arisan pizzas are nice too.
Highly recommended.
