I purchased a pair of shoes from Christian Louboutin a few weeks ago and my girlfriend didn’t like them. I think she was upset at me. Anyway, the shoes are beautiful, and I don’t have any complaints. When I went to return the shoes, they made it clear that I was unable to return for a refund, although they never mentioned this while i was in the store the day prior. In fact, California Law requires them to post additional signage if their policies include a no-​cash refund. I decided to leave my merchandise at the store and deal directly with my bank. The employee’s at the store told me they would call the Police if I did so and were not very friendly. The next day I received a Voice mail from Christine, the regional manager and she accused me of fraud. I would expect much better customer service and professionalism from this type of establishment.

There were too sales associates. Had to ring the door bell before I entered but no door bell present lol. So I knocked. When I walked in the guy said «nice shoes» I was flattered. Anyway I wanted the leopard so Kate and they were sold out. Still love them though especially since they are near Farm Shop.

OMG. My hubby took me on a surprise shopping trip here for my graduation present! We had SO much fun. Ended up with some new 2016 rainbow rhinstone CLB’s that are AMAZING!!! The sales lady was so helpful with sizing and how they are suppose to fit. We will definatly be back to this location again! xox

This location is by far the best in LA. The customer service is excellent. I called ahead to see if they had a shoe available. My call was answered quickly and the sales associate confirmed that they had what i wanted in stock. I did not ask them to hold the shoes for me. When i arrived i asked for the shoes and they were ready for me. The shoes are a gift for my wife, the associate asked my wife’s name and put it in the system incase she wanted to exchange them there wouldnt be any issues. Excellent service.
