This store is one word and that is AWFUL. Everything from their clothing to their workers are bland and WAY overpriced. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service and the staff is very rude and pushy trying to make sales when you clearly do not want something. After trying something on that was clearly 2 – 3 sizes too big the sales woman tried to get me to purchase it. Probably because it was $ 400! I am never one for writing a bad Unilocal review but from the actual store to the customer service to my overall experience just rubbed me the wrong way and I have never in my life been so upset leaving a store. If I could give zero stars I would.

Poor customer service with the worst return policy in the retail Industry. High priced clothing from Indonesia, low quality materials. Do not be deceived like we were.
It’s best to shop at a name brand retailer who stands behind their product.

Love this store! It is so nice inside and the staff is so helpful. I’m not one to put and outfit together so it’s so awesome that they help you like that and can put together outfits really quickly. They all have great style and fashion sense. What’s also nice is the style is a little different so not a lot of people have the same things I wear which is awesome :) I get so many compliments on my outfits and jewelry. Thank you Ruti for the awesome selection of clothes!
