This is VERY good food! Its not cheap so be willing to pay for the amazing flavors you will be bestowed with! Had chicken flautas — perfect portion and taste was unreal!!! Friendly staff, and soooo convenient when shopping at the outlets — loved it.

We went to Tres Colores based on the Unilocal reviews. We had two enteres one appetizer and two colas. The lunch bill was over $ 40 without the tip. Expensive for place you order from a counter/display case with canned beverages. The dinnig area is actually an open area that has constant people parading by to the public resrooms for the entire mall. No atmosphere at all. Food was a disappointment. Very bland, it was authentic for cental Mexico, but definitely not New Mexico. It was plentiful but not very warm. Guacamole was very good but not worth $ 11. Overall I would not go back.

Best Mexican food in Santa Fe hands down. Focus is on southern Mexican cuisine, and the Veracruz mole is sweet and wonderful, without the bitter layer of Mole Negro. We will be back as much as possible.

Fantastic. Don’t let the location fool you. Asada tacos were so fresh, chicken enchiladas also super yummy. Service was A+

Firstly the young lady/waitress was an absolute doll, friendly and beautiful(just had to say that) After reading reviews from the SF Reporter and SF New Mexican, AND being a fool for mole’, I had to check it out. I ordered chips and the salsa rojo, surprisingly the chef sent out three different salsa. All three were awesomely flavorful. The one in the middle(Pics included) was the hotter of the three. Chips were yummy. The mole’ chicken enchiladas and rice were delicious. Next time i’ll ask for a lil more sauce on the side. It’s an excellent mole’.

Wow! We were ready for some lunch but we’re surprised that we found an amazing gem of a restaurant — we had the red chilaquiles, the amazing Piccadillo burrito(super fresh tasting) and some mole sauce on the side. If you are a true fan of real authentic southern Mexican cuisine your tastebuds are heading to the right place to eat here. The staff is awesome and super with customer service.
