Le Creuset Outlet

What a deal!!!
After drooling over Le Creuset for months from my favorite cooking shows, cookbooks, and Williams-​Sonoma, I finally got my first large piece at this outlet store. What they were wanting to charge $ 300 at W-​S (and $ 280 on Amazon), they had for $ 189. I couldn’t pass it up. They also have some items that are 50% (both cookware and bakeware).
They have a lot of colors including the mains like Flame and Cherry, but also have the current outlet exclusive Cobalt.
The staff was really helpful and made the purchase easy. I will be back here soon!

I am updating my review based on the quality of my le crueset kitchenware. Was initially happy with my purchase however I discovered later on that the bottom of my carribe blue saucepan began to chip and at that point realized that the longevity of this product has changed and is no longer guaranteed by the company or the outlet. Also my kettle began to rust and I’ve only owned it for maybe one year. Really disappointed with this product and when I try to get the outlets to give good customer service they chose to defer the problem to Le Creuset manufacturer who then told me I need to spend money to mail the kitchenware to them at my expense. Then only to find I would be at the company’s mercy. All in all poor customer service and poor quality merchandise. No longer the company they used to be.

Truth be told, when my husband informed me that we were moving to Albuquerque, I checked to see if there was a Le Creuset store near us since I’m addicted. To my joy (and his pain) there is! AND it’s not that bad of a drive, either. Yippy!
This store has a fantastical, eye popping collection of colorful cast iron goodies in addition to tons of dinnerware, tea kettles, and stoneware items. The staff are very nice and try to point you in the right direction for whatever your little heart desires. When you find «THE one» piece that you absolutely cannot live without, a staff member will then grab the same item from the back, bring it out and then inspect it for any blemishes. Once the thumbs up was given, it was a done deal and it was coming home with Momma!
My only «ding» against them is that the staff hovers around you. Personally, it annoys me like crazy because it seems like they’re watching as if you’re going to steal. Not only is it annoying, it makes me uncomfortable since I’d walk to different areas of the store and +BAM+, she’s right in my bubble space again. Le Sigh.
All in all, great selection to choose from when you’re wanting to splurge on something awesome for your kitchen. Happy cooking!
