Well, if you like drinking your coffee amongst the homeless then you will love this place.

Homeless watch here! The hang out when it’s cold and will start problems with anyone who doesn’t have a family. here and there.

Today we came from a quick breakfast and tea. Jen was so nice and helpful and even shared that we could enjoy our chai tea lattes in a more nutritional way, with less sugar, than we had previously known. The chai latte using the tea bag instead the syrup is delicious. This Santa Fe Starbucks is the perfect spot and the staff is more than accommodating. Coming back later for the snowman donut!

Starbucks with a Santa Fe twist. They have all of the«standard» Starbucks beverages but it has a distinct New Mexico feeling to the décor… and they have the requisite Santa Fe and New Mexico coffee cups for sale. I am sure you can find a more«local feel» coffee place but if you are looking for«the usuals» and a little caffeine fix while shopping on the plaza, it is worth stopping in.

Tonight I brought 9 adults and teens to get coffee after a concert to this Starbucks and the 2 workers were rude and unwelcoming to us. The one with short hair as the cashier seemed annoyed that we were ordering. The other worker came to our table to tell us that we needed to leave because they were almost closing. We are locals and are downtown all the time. I will not patronize this Starbucks again.

Although the décor was lovely, they messed up my drink order which was a soy white hot chocolate, and NOT a soy white mocha. They were busy and I was not going to wait another 20 minutes for a drink, but is it really that hard to make a soy white hot chocolate??? Also, they got the name wrong as well, not surprising. I would never go here even if I had to.

VERYQUICK! There were about 5 people in front of me and I still got my drink in 5 minutes. Very pleased with the speed of service. :)

Working in the historic downtown area for over twenty years and always in need of my morning cup of of motivation. I spent a small fortune at this location and have always enjoyed the friendly smiles and chitchat with the employees. So I was shocked when I was approached by an employee as I waited in line for the restroom and rudly told that I have to make my purchase first before I could visit the restroom. Having to explain the urgency to use the restroom before my purchase made me feel uncomfortable and I dont think I will visiting this site or chain in the future. Thanks but no thanks rude Starbucks.

They have lost everything at this location. Go to the one at the Devargas mall if you have a car. It is more of a homeless shelter than a coffee shop yet the line is always out the door. They took the mirrors out of the bathroom because of homeless people showering in the bathrooms. It’s just such an icky place. It takes away the Santa Fe charm.

Normally I love Starbucks more than anything. Not even because of the coffee but because of the variety and the culture and environment they have created. I came out with my family to look at the Christmas lights on the plaza here in Santa Fe. I knew there was a Starbucks close so we hurried to get a warm drink and we looked at the sights. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by a girl who told us we had to leave because they were closed. I looked at my clock and asked what time they closed she said 8:30. My phone said 8:27. I said it’s not 8:30 yet. She said it didn’t matter we would have to leave. As a worker and not an owner, she has no idea the how hard it is to gain a customer.

It’s not often that one experiences a touch of the sublime in a corporate chain, but the Santa Fe downtown«Starbucks» does justice to its titular literary pedigree. My friend Gabe and I were treated to an exceptional breakfast of warm ham and swiss sandwiches– indeed, little bites of heaven wrapped in the white paper sheets that might have been angels’ clothes– and superb service from Katie, a pixie dream goddess of a barista. 5⁄5 Will certainly return.

Great location off the plaza and open at 6am. The area has a lot of homeless especially early just FYI. My last morning I bought toe drip coffee. I’m not bleeding heart liberal but sometimes people have to help people in small ways so heck that was mine. The location has a code for bathroom probably because of its locale and the issues right there. One morning ice coffee was a little too bitter other three it was spot on, friendly staff. They have wifi of course. When I need my starbucks it was just what I wanted.

I like to use the internet when I go to a new town, so Starbucks is the first place I check out. They can’t really mess up what they sell I guess. This shop is right across from the plaza and is open very early in the morning. The homeless folk and the wanderers and their pups also congregate there, which seems to offend some of the tourists, but it felt fine to me. Clean bathroom, easy going vibration and music, plenty of table space, it’s a Starbucks for gods sake!

The folks that work here are friendly and know how to treat you right. The quad latte is the way to go on a groggy morning after two days of skiing. Add a cranberry-orange scone and you’re all set!

Few chains are allowed downtown Santa Fe… so Starbucks is a rarity. Starbucks went out of its way(probably forced) to fit in with the Plaza historic area. We camped out with espressos waiting for The Shed to open for dinner. Abundant seating compared with most other Starbucks.

I loved the ambiance at this Starbucks. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We were glad to find this place open on our way back to our car. It was after hours and all other businesses were closing or already closed.

I visit this Startbucks on the daily! Downtown Santa Fe is always filled with«fun» people! There’s usually a long line, but they are fast and friendly! ;)

It’s a Starbucks, so you’ve seen it before. However, in this instance the Starbucks is located not far from the Plaza in Santa Fe, and is thus imbued with history, mystique, and intrigue. Not really. It’s just a Starbucks that has a «Western» theme and is in a really old building.

For us coffee zombies, it was relief to find this place open on the Plaza when every other little boutique shop was shuttered. And it wasn’t even crazy busy. It was that cool vibe of early risers who pat ourselves on the back because we love making the most out of each moment of the waking hours.(That or we are freakish insomniacs who shuffle the earth in a state of half drowsiness – thus the coffee. Join ussss. It’s blisssss.)

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations and this it’s worth a review. Plenty of seating and it’s in a great position in the heart of Santa Fe. I definitely recommend it for people watching and enjoying your favorite Starbucks beverage. You’ll find me here at least one every time I’m in Santa Fe.
