I am new to the area so have just started using Martinizing as my dry cleaner. So far, I have been very pleased with the pleasant knowlegeable staff and the excellent drycleaning results, especially for those items needing special attention because of stains. I feel confident that my clothes will be in perfect shape when I pick them up.

awful…stupid prices. I live in a city where you have high expectations of a laundry, and they are excellent and less than here. I’ll buy new clothes before I send ANYTHING to them in the future. $ 16 for 2 shirts and pants. Have a nice life, it will be without me.

Just picked up two linen camp shirts (no darts or tucks, short sleeves) from St. Francis location. $ 9 APIECE. Mens’ shirts (with cuffs and long sleeves!) are $ 3 – 4.

Dry cleaning in this town is a total rip-​off. If you want your clothes dry cleaned, it will cost about $ 9/​item. For laundered items, it’s about $ 4/​item. I never knew prices could be so freakn high!!! However, we take our clothes to Martinizing and have always had positive experiences.
#1 — they have drive up service so you do not have to get out of your car
#2– they email when your clothes are ready for pick-​up
#3– convenient hours and even open on Saturdays
#4– friendly staff
I’m knocking it one star for the ridiculous prices.

I’ve used these folks on a weekly basis for the past 5 years and have had an overall good experience. Lost one item but gave me a refund. The quality and accuracy of their work is good.

I brought in two items to be dry cleaned. The clerk examined them and quoted me 17.98, 8.99 each. When I picked them up three days later, I was charged 24.95 because the same clerk announced that one of the items was a dress, actually a simple shell, and cost 15.96, $ 6.97 more. If I had been quoted that initially, I would not have left it. I was «bait and switched» by a very unpleasant clerk.
5÷19… the manager called to apologize and to refund the difference from what I was charged and what I was quoted. So, I’ll give them 3 stars for rectifying a bad experience.

They have 4 places in Santa Fe. Don’t use their place at 913 Old Pecos Rd. The shoulders and cuffs of your shirts will end up with permanent tiny wrinkles. They just do a «quick and dirty» on the ironing and your shirts will be ruined, wrinkles, collars stretched, etc.

Great service! I have been using this location for 2 years, and have also used the Llano Street location. This is a family-​owned business. My clothes have always been ready when promised, and they have drop-​off boxes on site for after hours service.
