«Steve is the bomb diggity!» says the 40-​year-​old woman making an attempt at youthful slang. Seriously, this man is an artist and I’m the hottest woman in Santa Fe thanks to him.
Here’s what you should do. Go in and say, «Steve, do whatever you wish to my hair.» An hour or two later, you’re beautiful. No joke. He is fun, informative, intelligent, and talented. His love of the art is unmistakable and shows in his eyes.
I’ve cheated on Steve once in two years, and although I got a great cut, Steve is my man. I will never stray again.
The other two women who work at Alchemy are talented as well. AND — they offer chocolate at the front desk; a sign of true quality in the hair salon industry.
Give this place your business — you will not regret it.

Alexis has been styling and coloring my hair for more years than I can even count. Many a gray hair magically replaced with rich gorgeous color instead. She has also cut my little girls hair from the very first haircut. Centrally located with parking and a hot cappuccino just across the driveway!

This is serious good luck! After living in Santa Fe 27 years and averaging 6 haircuts a year, I think I’m qualified to say I’ve found the best salon and stylist! Brian Crane at Alchemy understood when I told him I don’t want to look matronly. I want to have hip hair! Every haircut has been fantastic. People stop me in stores and ask who does my hair! Wow! When I discovered Brian 2 years ago and got my first cut, I was hooked by his desire to give me a style I could duplicate and feel good about.
