Yes yes yes. So I love Dustin at Dustin David, but I needed a quick fix and he was out of town so a friend told me about William and Queen hair salon. I should probably send her flowers and chocolate. William is AMAZING. Not only do I have fabulous hair, he is literally the most adorbes man EVER!!! I felt like a total godess and comfortable enough that when he was like «Let’s try this Pink» I was like OKAY!!! And I LOVE IT! William thanks so much for getting me out of my blonde box and helping me live a little. Ladies let the man do his craft, he is a boss at it!

Will is a talented stylist and colorist and I love getting my hair done here! Convenient location and easy parking.

I am a Live Oak local & have been driving past the salon for so long! Finally needing to retouch my highlights I decided to give Queen Salon a try and so happy I did. My appointment was with William and as a first time client he spent time chatting with me to find out exactly what I wanted to do. He looked at my hair and we talked about what would work best and then I spent the rest of my time enjoying the sunny salon while Will worked his magic on my hair. Was very happy with the end result, my highlights look vibrant, I love the color and overall looks much healthier than before with the conditioning treatment. Apart from how happy I was with my hair I also loved the nice big sunny space of the salon, it is not a crazy crowded space where you feel like you are wedged between clients and constantly yelling over hair dryers! I already have my next appointment scheduled, as a busy mom I am just glad to have found somewhere local so convenient and a salon where I know I will leave with great looking hair!

I have been a client of WIll Jones’ for about three years now. It’s been a long time since I’ve been so loyal to one hair stylist, and he makes it easy. He is so talented and makes every haircut experience feel special. Both Will’s personality and his salon space are welcoming, friendly, and approachable. He is confident and very experienced, and he has never left me feeling like «just another appointment on the books.» That makes me realize the majority of my past haircuts elsewhere were missing something important. He has shown me that a haircut is more than just a haircut – it’s an experience. I always walk out of the salon feeling uplifted, spoiled, and pleased with my hair. I feel very fortunate to have found him and would not hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends of any gender.

The first time I went to Will Jones was back in 90’s. I have never been to anyone else. His continuing education classes he has always taken only makes it that much better for us. He is truly a master in the ritual of hair.
I receive so many compliments on my hair that I now carry his cards on me.

I met Will Jones in 1998 when I wanted a change from my boring hair that looked like everyone else’s in Santa Cruz. In a short ten minutes he knew exactly what I was looking for and began to sculpt my hair. It was a style I was really excited about! Will is definitely a talented artist and we are fortunate to have him in the Santa Cruz area. Thank you Will!

Let me just say first, WOW! I really love William Jones!
A friend of mine recommended him when I commented on how awesome her hair was. She had really beautiful drastic color with light blonde on top and black on bottom with a cut that perfectly showcased the contrast. I couldn’t stop staring at her hair! So when she told me about William Jones, I could not wait to book an appointment. My hair was pretty damaged from a previous perm and coloring/​highlights so I knew I would need to take a lot off.
William is a genius and had me feeling comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. He sat with me for the first ¹⁰⁄₁₅ mins getting to know me and understanding what I was looking for. Then he made suggestions and told me his vision. I felt so comfortable that I basically let him create exactly his vision. I went from California sun scorched wavy hair to pin straight shoulder length with bangs, topped with a beautiful highlight job that looks like I wood grains in my hair. Blow dried I looked like Cleopatra! It was drastically different and exactly what I was looking for!
Also, William is really fun to talk to. He’ll say it like it is with no sugar coating. I love that. We talked the entire time! I can’t wait to go back for my next hair adventure!

First off, trying to get an appointment was not an easy task, no return phone call, so finally figured out how to make appt. on line with Will. When I showed up, my appointment was no where to be found, very unprofessional, has to reschedule for a later date. Wanted an inch taken off, but ended up with hair so short, it will take a very long time to grow back. Beware, Will does want he wants with your hair. Given my unhappiness, I tried to negotiate getting half my money back, no way was he hearing of that, not a penny. He obviously does not care about your satifaction (for shame Will, bad karma! Moving on.
