Wow WOW! As a holistic nutritionist I am always searching for healthier alternatives when we choose to eat out. I am so happy to have the Daily Harvest Café in our valley! The service and food have been consistently exceptional each time we are there. We are always greeted with a warm, friendly and genuine welcome. The food and cold-pressed juices are always fresh and taste amazing! For those of you that are conscious of the quality of the foods that you eat, then this is the perfect place for you!

1st time & I already a fan of this restaurant. Aside from From having a perfect location with their modern interior design(high feelings). Very fresh and laid back place to have brunch. Their food is very fresh and they only use organic ingredients. My wife had the frittata and I had the Breakfast pizza with the 8 shot pressed juice sampler.

The juices are really delicious, fresh and flavorful. I have been here twice and both times I’ve thought the food was good, but not great. The lentil soup is good, but was sort of watery. The avocado toast was delicious and hearty. The venue itself is simple yet cozy. They did an amazing job with the space. All in all, a good healthy café to go to in Santa Clarita, but the food could use some fine tuning.

Too bad I didn’t experience what most other reviewers did. I had the buckwheat pancakes. They were burnt on the outside and gooey/undercooked inside. My GF had the breakfast burrito, she asked for it with out eggs and cheese but it was supposed to come with avacado, potatoes and pico de gallo. All that was inside it was guacamole. So it was a bunch of guacamole in a rolled up tortilla. We pointed out there was was no potatoes inside and the server/cashier said yes there is. We found one tiny potato and that’s it. It was just a soggy mess if a burrito. We hate to waist food but that was wasted. I ate my gooey doughy pancakes. The coffee was not very good. How do you screw up coffee and pancakes? This place won’t last, especially since they are next to egg plantation.

Organic, healthy and delicious. Very cool space. Juices are refreshing, GF zucchini bread is awesome, and avocado GF toast with poached eggs was delicious. Prices super reasoanble for organic, fresh ingredients. Intelligentsia Coffee. Great find!

I love trying new restaurants in SCV because there is literally nothing to eat here and the chain restaurants are gross and tired. I ordered a pizza and they asked if I would like cheese on my pizza. UM, yes I would like cheese… It’s pizza. The they told me it would cost extra. I came via recommendation from my friend so I gave it a try. What I received was a piece of bread with bland tomato sauce, flavorless cheese, and a shit ton of arugula. What??? I was left hungry and sad. I ordered the burrata toast which was meh and expensive. Newhall is quickly becoming the epicenter for trendy eats in SCV. That being said, if you want bougie, Instagram food that makes you look healthy, come here.

Food is great and fresh. Everything made to order. Wont be back, portion too small, price too big! I ordered the frittata thinking it’s what you get everywhere else a full circle of an omelette in a small cast iron pan… was I wrong! It’s a small pie slice portion for $ 6.75…side of fruit. Way too smaaaaaaaallll! Sorry no picture, I was hungry and finished in about 6 bites… My wife got the Italian breakfast, that at least was a decent portion $ 7. Here is what gets me pissed off $ 9 for two kid size OJ. See pictures. Btw, bottled juices $ 8, juice shots $ 3. Just too expensive. You order at the counter, they bring the food out to you. Glad I tried it but we won’t be back! Go around the corner to egg plantation or down the Sreet to cathy’s deli, better food, better prices. Just keepin’ it real The real foodie

Let me start by saying I am a juicery’s worst nightmare. I generally lean towards anything you would find on a kid’s menu. I hate all things«vegetable» and when you blend multiple vegetables together I’m usually out. Having said that this place is amazing! I tried the juice flight and I drank every single one including the one with beets. And I really hate beets. Everything is fresh and smooth. The tastes are wonderful and complimentary. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Not sure how she did it, but the owner, Nathalie, found a way to make healthy food delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a coffee at Honu coffee next door, and I wanted a snack while I waited for my coffee. I walk next door to Daily Harvest, and ordered the sweet potato wedges. First of all, they’re not wedges but strings instead. Once I went back to Honu, I sat down and started eating them, they were crunchy from being undercooked! They were raw! Ugh! ALSO, everything is so expensive at the Daily Harvest! I could understand these prices in LA, but in Newhall? Come on people!

For a place that was not busy and rather new, you’d think they’d try to make a good impression. But that was far from the case. It seemed to begin when I nicely asked if my eggs could be scrambled a little more dry(I ordered an egg bowl with feta and green onion) since I had about an inch of runny yolk filling the bottom of my bowl. I didn’t think it was a big deal but the waitress did correct me that the menu says soft scramble and that’s how the chef will make it. I apologized since it was my mistake and admitted to being unaware of what«soft scramble» meant but there wasn’t any sort of understanding from the staff. She felt she needed to correct me and when I received my food back, it no longer had the feta or green onion in it. I paid $ 10 for eggs. It was obvious they were annoyed. I then ordered a coffee to go. We waited 15+ minutes. We had boxed our food and kept waiting not wanting to disturb them, despite there not being much business. Finally when they came to clear our table I mentioned we’d been waiting for a coffee. She said oh we forgot and brought it out right away. We spent $ 50 and don’t believe that we deserved this treatment over a misunderstanding.

I love this place! It’s family owned and operated so a great way to support small businesses. They are always great when it comes to greeting me when I come in and service never disappoints. The food is so good and I can’t get enough of the cold pressed juices. I’m always looking for high quality products that I can feel good about consuming and this place really fits the bill. I just tried the Almond milk today and it’s another great choice. Side note, have you ever tried to find almond milk without a bunch of crazy chemicals and additives; trust me it’s hard. I’m so happy I can come here and not worry about making it myself. They are a bit expensive but so worth it to know what you’re getting and paying for quality. Always reminds me of the saying, instead of asking why healthy food is so expensive ask yourself why unhealthy fast food is so cheap. Right? Support daily harvest, you won’t regret it!

I am really excited that Santa Clarita has a place like this! I came here with a friend and we both agreed that the place definitely had the feel of many cafes in the Bay Area with that hipster vibe. We both tried the acai bowl. The wait for it was a bit long, but it tasted good and I felt satisfied after. Acai bowls are always expensive wherever you go so I thought the price was fair, and plus it makes a good Instagram photo! What I love the most about Daily Harvest is the interior. It definitely has a nice feel to it and the seat by the big window in the front is a good place to chat with a friend and people watch. I would definitely like to come back to try out the juice flight.

This place is my new obsession — I’ve been here three times in the past five days! I first went to The Daily Harvest with some friends for brunch, since these friends are allergic to gluten and The Daily Harvest has plenty of GF options. The café is really nice and bright, with its white walls and the natural lighting coming in from the windows. It’s never super busy, so although it is small, there is always room to sit. This is a place that I wouldn’t have expected in SCV, but I’m so glad it’s here in Newhall so I don’t have to drive out to LA for this kind of food. So far, I’ve either had or at least tried the chicken vegetable soup, the buckwheat chia pancakes, the zucchini bread, and the lemon ricotta cake. The chicken vegetable soup(GF) isn’t anything absolutely spectacular, but it’s still good and I enjoyed it, especially since I was on the verge of a cold when I had it. The buckwheat chia pancakes are probably my favorite food item so far — they’re topped with maple syrup, walnuts, and bananas, which, together with the pancakes, makes for a sweet yet not overly sweet breakfast. The zucchini bread(GF) is a little more on the moist side, but is still really good for something gluten free. The lemon ricotta cake is pretty good paired with a cup of tea, though it is a little dry — again, still good for something GF. The first time I went to TDH, my friends and I ordered the juice sampler(Flight) to try out the different juices. We’d originally planned just to try out the juices, but after, each of us had gotten a bottle of juice for ourselves! My personal favorites are Liquid Gold(which has tumeric, apple, carrot, and ginger) and Hydrate(which has apple, coconut water, and mint). The juices come in glass bottles, which are really nice and can be repurposed for other uses. After just a sip of juice from TDH, I was already feeling much better! I now swear by that stuff as the best drink I can buy in SCV. I’ll be coming back often, especially since Honu Coffee and Brave New World Comics are on the same block!

So happy to have stumbled across this place. The gals at the front are great– spent time talking us through the menu and the juices. We love the egg sandwich(add pancetta) and the acai bowl. Liquid gold has been our favorite juice so far, but all were tasty.

Just green juice is a welcome switch from overly sweet juices. Coffee and food are fresh. Service is friendly. The oatmeal is fantastic. I also liked the breakfast burrito and the beet sandwich. Good healthy fare doesn’t have to taste bland — try this place Support local business!

Wow! What a place, Daily Harvest! This place belongs to Melrose or the Fairfax district, but I’m glad they are here in the SCV. The ambience was relaxing and friendly. The food was excellent and very flavorful. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but worth it. Their juice selection was awesome. We had the breakfast pizza; egg sandwich and hydrate juice(coconut h20 with apple and mint-yum). Will definitely come back! Ok we came back and just love this place. Service is fast and the food is just superb! Today we had the potato pancakes with salmon and the egg sandwich. Both dishes are just to die for. The egg sandwich the the avocado was very flavorful. The potato pancakes were light and yet had robust flavor. This place is really good! Will keep coming back to try all on their menu.

Grabbed a #5 juice today and it was delicious. The place is clean and crisp and I will be returning to eat here. It’s do good to see new, fresh businesses popping up in downtown Newhall. Just so people know cold pressed juice is not cheap anywhere. This place is actually cheaper than other cold pressed juice places I have been to in LA. This place is great and I will be back to try more.

I was excited to come and check this place out. We came by one Monday, but that’s the day they are closed. It’s a very cute shop and much bigger than I anticipated. We were helped immediately by a very nice guy that answered all of my questions. I was originally going to order the number 3, but he suggested I go with number 5 and offered a tasting. It was zingy and refreshing, just like I expected it would be. We had just eaten or we would have tried some food item… many things on the menu sounded yummy! Guess that just means we will have to come back! :)

Visited The Daily Harvest after a wonderful Cardio Barre session and right before a Sweat Shack visit. I absolutely loved the ambience of this place! I ordered the Avocado toast with Salmon and a poached egg. Seriously delicious and the perfect small-bite size! I also ordered the Daily Greens juice and it was equally as yummy, probably my favorite besides my friends drink – Mad Beets. I will definitely be back to try different plates because so many things sounded wonderful! It’s good to keep in mind that if you’re going to order a plate off the«small-bite» menu, that’s exactly what you’ll get! Be mindful!

Only stopped in for a quick snack after I was at Honu coffee next door. Will try again, hopefully with more success, but for now– a haiku: Half a slice of bread With flavorless tomatoes Not worth six dollars

WARNING: Closed on Mondays. Don’t be like my friend and I who forgot to check on Unilocal beforehand. After being severely disappointed by our first attempt to try this place out, my friend and I went back for a redemption round for their acai bowl. Service: We were greeted by a very friendly employee at the cash register, and a different employee told us to have a nice day as we were leaving(this is pretty rare). It took about 10 – 15 minutes after we ordered and our bowls were brought out to us at our table. Quality: It was delicious, satisfying, and all the yummy goodness that is an acai bowl :) However, I would say the price is high for the portion, which is why I’m taking off a star. It’s over $ 9 including tax and normally at other places, it would pay for a larger portion that can be shared by 2 people(and would include other special ingredients such as goji berries). Ambiance: This place is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing; it’s definitely worth checking out to get some nice shots for your daily instagram posts :) All in all, I definitely would be tempted to visit more often in the future if their prices weren’t so dang high. Their menu looks super interesting(esp their juices), so perhaps I’ll be back when I am in the mood to splurge and indulge.

This place is still delicious but I am a little disappointed with the portion size of the avocado toast. The first few times I ordered the toast it was a full size piece of toasted bread topped with avocado and tomato. They have since completely cut the toast size in half but the price remains the same. I just paid 8 dollars for two orders of avocado toast and it was essentially just one order cut in half. They also forgot to toast the bread :(

This is a family owned restaurant owned by the father and daughter. The daughter Natalie is the front person, and the father is the chef. The restaurant style is clean European look similar to hipster San Francisco restaurant. Overall, the food was excellent. I had the breakfast pizza and the Acai bowl. The pizza head all of the breakfast toppings on a very light crust. The bowl doesn’t have any dairy products and is a frozen berry mix with granola bananas and strawberries. It was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the sweet potato wedges. They were a little limp but the taste was OK. They aren’t fried.

I stopped in a few days after going for lunch on a Tuesday. The interior is modern and clean. It doesn’t feel like your in Santa Clarita! The food was simple, clean, and beautifully put together! I had the Avocado Toast with poached Egg, sweet potato wedges, and a fresh juice. The avocado toast was a good size and the egg was perfectly placed. The sweet potato wedges were the BEST! They aren’t deep deep fried so they have a soft texture with simple salt and pepper seasoning. You have two choices of sauce I believe I got the chipotle. I was recommended to get the other sauce but they were out. I’m happy it was because the one I got was amazing! The juice was fresh, and I love the glass bottles so I could take it with me. I will be back and I can’t wait to try breakfast here.

Finally. A place that makes me feel like I’m not in the bland basic town they call SCV. The décor is on point. It fits the modern feel of many restaurants you’ll find in Silverlake/Echo Park. Only restaurant like that in Santa Clarita. The food is great. I’ve only had the veggie sandwich, avocado sandwich, salmon bowl and sweet potato fries(which came with cashew cheese chipotle) All great. Definitely recommend the veggie sand which and definitely recommend the fries. Yes get the cashew cheese! Once again, only place in Santa Clarita who has that(I think) They have cold pressed juice. Once again… Only place like that in Santa Clarita except for whole foods but c’mon…it’s whole foods. The people are lovely. Really nice. They really care about their restaurant and it shows. Basically, they have only been around for about 3 weeks and I can confidently say they are one of the best places to eat in all of Santa Clarita. And I have eaten at A LOT of places here. At least 100+ Pay attention everyone else. Take notes. This is how you fill a void that was missing and stick around for good.

They have only been open a few days and I am a fan. This cute café has fantastic, welcoming staff and some tasty treats. I’ve tried many of their fresh, cold press juices and I’ve liked all that I have tried. They are packaged in glass bottles so you can take them home. The open kitchen allows you to see the chef in action. They have a variety of breakfasts, small plates, sandwiches and specials. Everything is made to be more healthy and there are gluten free options as well. The lemon ricotta cake is amazingly tasty and I learned it was gluten free! I would have never guessed that. There are also vegan options. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu
