Unsolicited review here. Rocky’s did the fumigation and woodwork repairs when termites were discovered in the new home I purchased. They put in a great deal of care and not only matched the original woodwork, but reinforced a wooden balcony and overhang. I later used them for a rodent issue, and the same attention to detail was evident in their assessment. While the price was comparable to other quotes I received for the rodent work, they offered a warranty that set them apart, illustrating their confidence in their work. Highly recommended.

Wow! This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. I heard about them from a friend and was advised to use them for a property in Santa Clarita, I’m glad I did! They have LOTS of experience in the industry and it shows! They have impressive communication and are always professional and friendly. This was very important to me as I’m not living close to the property that required an inspection. I received all of the reports quickly and they were clear and well put together. It’s a pleasure doing business with them!
