Landscape Adventures

A couple years ago, Mike Owen and his crew replaced our driveway plus added a sidewalk, front entry porch and back patio, all with paving stones, at our home in Burbank. Each day, the crew worked diligently, arriving on time as promised, working ALL day, and at the end of the day, cleaned up the work site. If Mike wasn’t at the work site when they finished, he came by at the end of the day to review the work. He shared ideas with us, which we adopted, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This is a professional crew! His prices are very competitive. I would definitely hire him again, and will when we are ready to do some more work in our back yard. His work has stood the test of time, is still beautiful, and we constantly receive compliments on the stone work in our yard.

This is the first time we worked with Landscape Adventures. We know very little about landscape. We looked into three different landscapers and chose Mike. Mike was very knowledgable and very reasonably priced. He listened to our ideas and give us different suggestions and options based on our thoughts. The yard looked great now! He also give suggestions about how to take care of the old plants. I strongly recommend him!

Another outstanding point is his ability to communicate and to understand what the customer wants. He then goes efficently about producing and deliving a stellar product in a very cheerful manner! :-)

Mike is a cut above other landscapers. He did our entire backyard — building a retaining wall, filling in a slope, and then putting in irrigation, sod, and beds. It was a major job, and it came out pretty much flawlessly. Even the workers he hired were above average. In general, Mike has good taste and communication skills that we often haven’t found in contractors. And yet he also went above and beyond in being responsive and diligent. We recommend Landscape Adventures highly.
