I grew up on DQ, and I have always gone to this location for cakes for special occasions. After today, though, I’ll never be back. First of all, previous reviews that say this location skimps on expensive ingredients are true. I thought it was just me. Today was the last straw. I went in and ordered a treat for myself, and when the guy went to hand it to me, it wasn’t what I’d ordered. I told him, and he insisted not only that it WAS what I asked for, but that he’d repeated it back to me. Actually, all he’d said was, «Will that be everything for you today?» Or something to that effect. But basically, he was unwilling to fix my order. I went out and threw it away. Don’t know if I’m more angry at the guy behind the counter or myself for walking out without throwing a fit. What kind of an establishment insists an angry customer leave with something that is not what they ordered. I will never go back to this location again.

Clean and Friendly. But I always leave a bit unsatisfied. The orders are just not as good as one would hope. Wish they would learn how to make a REAL orange Julius. iv tried 3 times now and no go. :(There are no kids size icecream which is a bummer. for a two year old that«small» is still to big for. I DO love icecream though and if we have had a Trader Joes run. I cant drive by this place without«trying» agian.

So I just came from Mountasia Family Fun Center with my buddy Dan, when after Unilocaling it on my Droid phone I noticed a DQ up the street. Score we thought and made the drive down there(fyi its hard to see from the street but its directly in front of the Trader Joe’s). Blah the banana split looked second rate but I still ate it. Should have gone for a blizzard. Even Dan questioned was that even ice cream used as he ordered the Oreo Sundee. Staff was super friendly and place was very clean, yet that’s the only thing going for it..

Dairy Queen Blizzards are just another of one of my guilty pleasures. Out of the dozen options, the strawberry cheesecake is my favorite. So good! The chocolate dipped cones and peanut parfaits are also really good as well. If I’m in for a not so guilty pleasure, I get a piña colada smoothie. I don’t believe this location serves food, nor have I tried the food at any DQ location so no idea there. The staff, service, and prices here are great. It’s been around forever and I’d be shocked to see it gone one day.
