First off the names I have stated below are available from web site. Mark P. has claimed to be the owner and Nicole P. is of a relation of some sort. You can prove this yourself by doing research on the business like I did. Complaint: I took my phone to have the glass repaired on a Sunday. There were two hair line cracks in the glass but otherwise the phone was completely functional. The employee told me they had all the necessary parts to repair my phone. The employee then proceeded to wreck my phone and then tell me they didn’t have the parts. Even if the person was able to repair my phone the amount of damage to the other parts of the phone would have made the repair a mistake. They pry the glass from the phone. If you have a phone like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 there is a chrome trim lip that raises above the glass that must be used to pry the glass from the phone. These *experienced* technicians claim this to be *minor variations*. Consumers beware I am now forced to go to small claims to recoup the loss. Facts are: 1. I am on call and needed my phone the next day, Monday morning. I was forced to buy a new phone because Infone made my phone completely unusable. 2. My phone was not repaired the day promised. The employee told me the phone would be repaired that day. Note, their own slogan posted on the company’s web site, business cards and store locations say«repair while you shop.» 3. The Infone store did not have the parts to repair my phone as the employee claimed. While I was at the store the employee opened his stock drawer to point out the parts. 4. The Infone employee wrecked my phone by prying the glass off of the phone(standard repair according to them) and using the chrome trim around glass as a leverage point that removed the chrome from the trim. The company calls this«minor variations.» Because of Infone I was now without a phone, which, is a company phone and needed the following day. After numerous attempts to speak with Mark the owner it was not until I found his email address through a business search did he actually respond and offered up options to resolve my situation after the fact. Mark does not follow through with an issue. When Mark and I talked on the phone he was supposed to call me back with his decision. Like his employees he never called back. Infone has very poor customer service and business ethics. The repairs they offer are not something people with reasonable expectations should use. I strongly urge everyone to not use this company. I am prepared to back up these statements here as well as in small claims. Judge Judy here I come! :P

Wanted to update my original review and send some kudos to Mark, the owner. He did call me personally and sent me a gift card to make things right. Being a good business person isn’t just about getting it right the first time, it’s about making it right in the end. Infone did that and will get my business again should the need arise.

My wife dropped her iphone and shattered the screen. So we went to the mall to find a place that repaired cracked screens. Out of the couple of places available we noticed this little Kiosk and decided to give it a chance. These guys were great! Awesome customer service, hassle free and efficient! She got her phone back looking like brand new and the PRICE was great! I had the same repair done to my phone at the other place at the mall and it was almost $ 90! I definitely recommend this place!

Wow, these guys are good. I left my iPhone on the roof of my car, and when I went back to get it was smashed on both sides, I thought it was a goner. Steven had it looking brand new in 45 mins. I’ll definitely recommend people to these guys.
