Great hole in the wall type place. Look for the Taco Bell shaped stand alone building. Had the spicy pork and the bu-go-gi. Both were very tasty. It was pretty inexpensive too! Tables and seats are sort of cafeteria style. Nothing fancy.

Ever curious whether a former Taco Bell could sucessfully house a Korean restaurant? If that thought has ever crossed your mind, then Tutti’s is the place for you. When I come here, I usually order the Bi Bim Naeng Myun, and they won’t steer you wrong. The atypical combination of sweet, spicy, and cold is done pretty well here. The banchan is pretty good, and if this place is good enough for my Korean friends, well, then it’s good enough for me. I have no idea what Tutti means, and it’s a little weird because the cuisine absolutely mismatches the building, but in the end I don’t care because the Korean food here is good.

For what this place is, it’s fabulous. To satisfy all your post-midnight cravings in the south bay without going to In & Out, this is your place… Like all Korean places, they dole out all these cute little dishes(what is the name of them, someone tell me!) I so love the seaweed… Ok, I have to ding them one star for having weak intestine casserole(my Korean native born friend agrees)… But… the egg drop dumpling soup is hearty and filling. I can also speak highly of the cuttlefish veggie plate which they try to tell you is spicey, but I’m white and it was hardly spicey at all to me.

It has been awhile since we’ve eaten at Tutti’s. Before taking the kids to the pumpkin patch we decided to have a late dinner at Tutti’s. My husband did the ordering as usual. — Deep fried chicken — Kimchi stew with ox tails — Dumpling soup for the kids — Korean BBQ Tutti’s is usually busy on the weekends but it was pretty calm when we went. Service was good and so was the food.

This place surprised me. I’ve been passing by its converted Taco Bell exterior for years, thinking«yeah, I’ll try that sometime later». Later finally came yesterday. The inside is beautiful — real tables, comfy seats, not a hint of the ancient ghosts of faux-taco jankiness. And the food is totally solid. We had tofu soup that I found even more flavorful than that from SGD across the street. Pork Bulgogi wasn’t quite up to Secret Garden, but still quite reasonable. There were only 6 banchan, but every one of them was delicious, which I’d prefer to 10 mediocre ones. Even the eggplant was awesome, and I am not an eggplant person. The«kimchi pizza» was the only thing I found iffy. We’d all anticipated a cheese-kimchi mix, but it was more like a pancake of kimchi slathered with a giant hockey puck of cheese. First piece was interesting, but splitting it three ways, we were about ready to die from the Kraft shredded cheese overload. Would have rather split this more like eight ways, or just skipped it altogether and tried the dol sot bi bim bap instead. Next time!

I got the chance to try this place out when a friend I and I went to CHOI’s and it was closed. I ordered their bi bim bap. It was alright… It came in a big ass bowl with barely anything in it. lol it was disappointing, but their kimchi friend rice was good :)

Good service but the lunch dishes were not good. The pork bul go gi came out on a hot plate without a sizzle. The onions beneath were still raw and the lukewarm meat was barely seasoned. The second dish was a chicken and mushroom sizzling plate that came out on a regular plate over rice. No sizzle. Again! The dish tasted like chinese stir-fry. The banchan dishes were«ok» but was missing kim chi. There was a dish that looked like kim chi but tasted like peppery pickle bamboo shoots. How can you run a korean restaurant without a kim chi as a side dish? I can’t see myself being a return customer being that this strip on El Camino has Korean restaurants a plenty that do it better. I’d rather Toot my horn elsewhere than return to Tutti.

Ahh the Korean restaurant in an old Taco bell. I’d passed this many times and then was told they do Korean whole roast or fried chickens, so we headed over. BBQ spicy pork, bbq beef, whole fried chicken and an order of mandu plus the massive amounts of panchan filled us up. Everything was of very good quality and the co-workers and I were very happy with a large tasty lunch.

Had two dishes for lunch there: a spicy pork bulgogi and a HUGE soup dish that pot-sticker-like dumplings with sliced rice cake in it. Verdict: Pork was nicely spicy, and tasted pretty good, but was not as lean or BBQ’d seared as I would have liked. The Soup was enormous in size but overcooked, causing it to be a bit too thick. The Banchan(sliced thin fish cake strips, kim chee, preserved bean sprouts, green beans, julienne potato strips) were very good. All in all, I would try this again but for now, I think there are better Korean places that I’ve been to.

I’ve been to Tutti’s now twice for late night eats and am a fan! I am new to Korean food in general but what I have had so far is great! High points: 1) BBQ Pork — DELISH and lots of it! 2) Banchan — Really good — love everything! 3) OB beer — cold and light and great with Korean food! 4) Open really late 5) Always full of Korean’s — we are not but know it is always a good sign 6) Shrimp fried rice was also good We ordered the Kimchi pancake with cheese and I didn’t really like that — a weird combo of a Korean flavored pizza. We will be back for sure for more late night eats!

Definitely one of my go to places for solid, homemade style Korean food. This place is always one of the options amongst my friends and me when it’s late, we’re hungry and in Santa Clara. This place has a large variety so there’s something for everyone. I love their bibim naengmyun, which is a little more on the tangy side than other places! Some other favorites are the sauced fried chicken, ojinguh dup bap and kimchi jjigae. The people who work here are kind, and don’t give attitude like some other Korean joints. Oh and being open late is a definite plus when everywhere else closes at 9!

Hmm. not too enthusiastic about this place. Of all the Korean places offered around here, I’d say this place is pretty low tier. However, I could be wrong. My mother and I did get the daily lunch specials which were priced at $ 6.99. First off, the service was.interesting. We had a busty(yes!!) young waitress running around everywhere trying to help people. It felt like she was the only one working there even though I clearly saw other waitresses. Maybe she was undergoing the rite of passage or something. The side dishes they handed out were absolutely abysmal. The kimchi looked pretty half assed and I’ve had my fair share of kimchi. Only half of the kimchi looked like it was soaked in spice while the other half was practically just plain cabbage. It had a revolting taste and was the first kimchi I ever had to NOT want to eat. There was also this thing that looked like eggplant but after the experiencing the kimchi I quietly advised myself not to try it. The bean sprouts(normally my favorite side dish) tasted horrible. The yellow seed was really hard and the overall taste was hardly welcoming. The only thing decent was the tofu, but that wasn’t saying much. To quote my other review. like corn in poo. I have to say though. For lunch specials, the portions they gave you are absolutely HUGE. Which wasn’t that bad, except that large portion sizes usually make you happy if the food was actually GOOD. The fried rice they gave me was pretty oily and tasted like something my dad could create cross-eyed(no offense). The bowl of noodles that my mother got could probably feed two people. However, it was just a bowl of noodles, soup and vegetables. Where’s the meat??? Oh! Nevermind, we got two pieces of clam instead. Totally makes up for the lack of meat. So depressing. In all, if you do plan to go here, please don’t come here for lunch. I sincerely hope dinner dishes would be better but I won’t be back to find out.

I think the fried chicken here is ok, but everyone in Tutti’s orders it. I will stick wtih Tofu Kimchi and a soup. As for the panchan, it is not bad, except the mushroom one is delish! They are really nice here and definitely a good place for hanging with friends, drinkin’ soju and eating veryyyy slowly for 2 – 3 hours.

I’ve been here before late at night. I have to admit that late nights are much better than lunch time. I came here for lunch with my husband today, which isn’t the first time. Last time, we noticed that they had lunch specials for $ 5.99. During that visit, I was craving mandoo gook(dumpling soup) so I didn’t go for the special. Today, I wanted to try out their lunch special menu to see if it was anything special. They had 3 choices: kimchee bokkeumbap(kimchee fried rice), shrimp & mushroom dupbap(they called it sizzling pan… but read on), and daenjang jjigae(bean paste stew). We ordered the latter two where I hesitated to order the shrimp/mushroom dish since I wasn’t in the mood for shrimp, but I really like mushrooms so I ordered it. Background info: arrived at the restaurant at 12:45PM. We thought we’d miss the lunch crowd. We were obviously wrong, because it was crowded enough that we sat on the other side of the restaurant(1st time). The waiter took the order of the 2 Korean 50+ year olds next to our table even though we came in before them, and he has to pass by our table to access theirs. I felt that this was ageism. Even if a waitress seated us, they should’ve communicated on who came first. Both of our tables were ready to order after waiting for 15 mins(for the other table, probably much less since they came after us). Now the order of the tables made a big difference later. Although the other table ordered the same special as me and bibimbap, their food came out before ours by… hrm… I would say 15 mins. They were done by the time my dish came out, and I started eating. The two women on the other side of us who came way after us received similar treatment in service when it came to taking orders. My shrimp & mushroom dish was disappointing to the hilt. It was sweet, which I can never understand in Korean dish unless it’s balanced with another flavor. When it says«sizzling pan,» I expected clay dish like dolsot bibimbap. In fact, the menu has both of these items under the same heading under«sizzling dishes.» WTH? What’s with the deception? That’s why the older Korean man next to us was also confused. Then there’s also my learning what my dish should look like since that other Korean man had it. There was an exact same dish sitting on the counter in the kitchen.(I faced the kitchen by the front door.) I was praying that it wasn’t my dish, because it came out the same time as the other table but sat there for 10 – 15 mins. Since flies were hovering with the main door open(don’t know why since it was a hot day w/AC on), I was scared that flies would land in this dish and would be served to me or another unsuspecting customer. I called up the waiter, and I asked him if that was mine. Because I’d rather not eat that particular dish. He took that dish on the counter to the back in the kitchen where I couldn’t see it anymore. God Knows what he did with it. He served my husband’s dish(finally!), which was better than mine but had seafood in it. That was unsuspecting since the menu said that it would be beef and veggies. Good thing we’re not allergic to seafood. After enjoying my husband’s stew and banchan(just came out with his dish… took long enough), they finally served my dish. I made sure the food was hot, but it was okay. The shrimp was the cheaper precooked variety. I was hoping they would serve bigger ones. The mushrooms, which was described as «baby bella» on the menu was scarce to be mentioned as part of the name of the dish. It had other veggies, which I liked. But the sauce… way too SWEET! It was a soy sauce and sugar mixture(yes, I can tell). I ended up just eating the veggies with the rice and banchan. I tried to avoid the pieces doused in the sauce. So if you’re in a hurry to go back to your work, don’t come here during lunch. Service and food are both slow. The $ 5.99 can be spent better elsewhere. Size was decent, but the quality of the food was subpar. The food pictures on the wall looks good, though. I really regretted ordering my dish. The savings from the lunch special was like a punishment to me. But with the number of ppl ordering the specials, you’d think that the specials would come out fast. I was wronged… at least at this restaurant. You know… they really should treat bilingual 1.5 gen Korean-Americans under 40 y.o. better. We write reviews about them, know what foods are supposed to taste like since we’re straddled between 2 cultures, and can communicate on both levels. Instead, the particular waiter focused on servicing those older Korean men better than us. We all had to ask for more banchan and water, but the fact that they were in and out even though we were there first was totally WRONG! I ate my food fuming and didn’t enjoy it. Don’t be like me. When someone suggests this place for lunch, go to the other Korean restaurant in the same plaza. We should’ve done that.

My boss noticed it first. The meat was sour. ehh… i didnt notice till later… but yeah… we got the kalbi. and to our dissapointment, it was sour. –_-. i think my stomach is still churning. ehhh. Its pretty nice looking. I remember this place changing its name like 5040583452346 times before i decided to go try it out. The donkatsu is pretty decent. so is the kalgook soo. but definetely dont try 2 things, the kalbi and the fish soup. i forget what its called but it starts with a d. lol. something loll sorry i couldnt remember. i only looked at the menu for like a minute. lol. One thing good about this place is its late hours. i went there at around 10:30pm. like right after work and finished at 11:30 and still they were accepting customers.(+1Star) OH another good thing. they bow down to the customers like behkkop insa.(belly bow) and really mean their«thank you and goodbye“s. not a lot of restaurants do that.(+1 Star)

Came here since naan and curry was closed! But the sound of bimimbap was pretty good! I shared a bowl of bimimbap with Aileen V and we never had it like here before. It was ok, not super good or anything. We got a bowl of all the goodies but rice. The rice was on the side which I thought was different. I usually like the rice to be in the stone pot along with all the goodies so it has a little crunch to it! But nope. It was pretty ok though. The side dishes were good but not a big variety. The bill came out to be pretty cheap.

First off, Thanks Tomomi S. for the correct address! The restaurant name is Tutti’s Café and Grill, but this place isn’t really a café… it’s yet another Korean tofu & grill joint on El Camino Real. The panchans were quite yummy, but the entrees weren’t so sppealing over all. I thought my daenjang chi gae was a bit off… perhaps too high in sodium. The kimchi chi gae was decent, and the barbecue chicken was prepared really well. Note to self: We’ll stick to the grilled dishes… There’s a large banner with a list of the $ 5.99 daily«Lunch Specials»(see photo), but pity, it’s written in Korean only.

I come to this restaurant at least once a month. I usually order their kimchee jigae with seafood and their fried chicken, especially on a cold day; soup is the way to go. Their fried chicken is just perfect! It’s so crispy and tasty! They are very generous with the appetizers, I always ask for the kimchee. My friend always gets the kalbi(short ribs). It’s very tasty and flavorful. Tutti(I think Tutti means«2») is one of my favorite places to go when I’m craving for Korean food. Great service! Their food is very satisfying! This reminds me, I need to go here this weekend =)!

Tutti’s was just okay — we came with our legit Korean friend and he ordered everything for us. It was all very authentic and we had some SPICYSPICY soup with large beef bones in it, a spicy squid dish, and the banchan of course. Everything came out kind of slowly and the service was a bit spotty. Maybe it’s because we were at the back of the restaurant or something — but we didn’t see our server very often. I like to see more variety in the banchan and the overall atmosphere and feel of the place is still so … Taco Bell. The dishes were not really anything more than spicy, I’d like some flavor to back up that heat. Oh well, I guess it’s back to Taco Bell!
