Have no idea how my friend found this place, but it’s in a very shady and desserted plaza. Good place for late night drinks and Korean food. iced strawberry soju was $ 20. Kinda pricey and the flavoring tasted really fake. I wouldn’t get that again. They gave us a FREE order of french fries. That was pretty SWEET! ^_^

Answer is AIGHT. I remember this place as Hue Lounge, but it’s now changed to the Answer… which really isn’t it. It isn’t the answer to this location. Decent bar food, cheap-ish drinks, AMAZING soju. Do yourselves a favor and just get the yogurt one. Here’s the thing about soju, it feels like it’s not much, but damn it packs a fucking punch. I swear, you’ll be KTFO within 45 minutes of finishing an order of soju. Go here if you want a good time with some buddies and soju.

I was in love with this bar before. The food is good, seats are vary. However, there was more fun before they changed their name to answer. Their soju is good, but so little soju. I still go there often though.

This was my first soju bar experience, and it was a good one. It definitely makes me want to come back and check out other soju bars. We went around 9 – 9:30pm on a Saturday and it was quite dead. The place started to get busier closer to 10pm. We tried all sorts of flavors of soju and they tasted like juice. It’s not necessarily less alcohol content – it really creeps up on you. We tried strawberry, peach, mango and yogurt. I liked all of them but I think my favorite is yogurt. I just love that stuff with or without soju. Each pitcher is $ 20. It’s kind of expensive but it’s not really a place to get drunk and go crazy. It’s a nice place to drink, hangout with your friends and kickback. I really want to come back and try their guava soju. The only bad thing – they only have single bathrooms.

I came here on a Monday and it was completely dead. which is to be expected. What was lame was that they only had 2 beers and 1 type of soju available. Interesting… So no options there. The owner was very nice though and told us if we stayed until 10 pm all our drinks would be 30% off. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay that long. I would say that this place would be good for a chill drinking night with friends and then snacking on some Korean food. For food… don’t get the korean pancake! It’s all batter and no filling nahhhimsayin(no seafood and very little green onion).

Used to be called Hue. Came here on a Friday night to eat and drink. Very chill place to hangout. Only one other table was filled besides us. Doesn’t get cracking till later. Music was mixture, like club music or edm, top 40s. The seafood pancake was really good. Also had the fried chicken wings and fruity sojus. I think I had the mango flavor? Prices seem decent and service was normal since it wasn’t busy yet.

I’m hesitant to give this place all 5 stars because… well…I don’t want it to get super duper popular. But I want it to stay open. So it gets a hearty 4 stars from me. The two times we came here were both awesome. Maybe it’s because we arrived at 10pm and things down south don’t really get super cray until midnight. Either way, we first stopped by VIP and it was PACKED. Ridiculously so. So, when we arrived here, it was a welcome reprise from the noise, elbows, and all around mess. it’s a very chill place — perfect if you want to kick back with a group of friends and several bottles of soju(priced very reasonably… and perhaps dangerously so). You can also order other drinks(but why?) Definitely a good go-to place for our group when we have our crazy reunions.

For a jank parking lot, this place is pretty nice! Looks like they recently remodeled. Awesome booth seating, great lights, and has a karaōke atmosphere to it. Unfortunately, it was pretty quiet and it was a Friday night! Come on! Pricing for soju was not bad. The taste is even better! They don’t water it down it all. Overall, good chill bar and lounge to hang out at. Not for the crazies.

Every time I’ve been here, in the span of two years, they’ve changed it a little bit each time. Used to be very roomy and have a dance floor, now it’s more of a kick back and drank kinda place. The whole place is set up like a restaurant for drinking. The thing I really don’t like about Answer is the fact that there’s only two bathrooms. I mean, really??? Boo! There’s always a line at the bathrooms and it’s pretty annoying when a girl takes a hugeeeeeeee dooski, and clogs up the toilet too.(Pleaseeeee at least do a courtesy flush!!!) Jesus! But other than that, drinks were good, and it did creep the futha mucka on me.

went here with some friends for a birthday. This is the old Hue bar but changed up. Answer is a weird name. The seating is better then Hue. It is darker then before. The pricing of drinks is the same. Cost of food went up and definitely has a better taste. Getting a server was the hard part. Went on a Saturday night and it was packed that the servers were always occupied. The music is just a computer with a playlist of top40 remixed playing down the list. Would be better if there was a live DJ. They have enough space for it.

They make the best Soju. Don’t ever go to VIP with their nasty soju when Answer is down the street!

i’ve been coming here since they used to be Hue, and my friend knew the owner. I hear it’s a new owner now, but it’s still good. cheap soju keeps me coming back. don’t expect a crazy party… more of a chill lounge to sit with your friends(not a place to meet ppl).

This was the first Korean lounge that I have ever been to! My friends and I ordered the strawberry soju and the calamari. The strawberry soju tastes like a strawberry fruit roll-up! I was not impressed with the calamari though. It is not like the typical calamari. Theirs is like tempura, and only give the tentacle part. It is very chewy and does not have much flavor. They also give some type of soy sauce to dip. Also, it was a little hard trying to track down the waiters/waitresses because they could neither see us waving our hands nor hear us. When you first order, they make you give them a card, I guess it I to make sure no one goes out with out paying. Also upon receiving the bill, they do not write down how much each thing you ordered was. They put a lump sum amount. Uhhh, idk if they were charging us more or not. Oh well, we gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Why did they change their name from HUE to ANSWER? Hue sounded so much better. Haha. Anyways, service here is not that great. I came by once on a weekday with a few girlfriends and we were literally the ONLY people there and we had to get up and walk over to the bar where was the guy was every time we needed something — to order, to get utensils, to get napkins, to get water, to get more napkins, to refill out water, to pay. It’s like HELLO?! You only have ONETABLE to look after and you can’t even do that? Thank God I was with good company so we didn’t mind too much. And I came another time with the BF and the service was much better so maybe our waiter was having an off night. Anyways, I normally get the spicy ramen(even though it tastes like those red cup ramens, but that’s okay because I really enjoy those cup ramen), short ribs, and my FAAAAVORITE dish ever, kimchi fried rice! It’s soo good there with the sunny side up egg. Yums. Surprisingly, this is one of my favorite places for kimchi fried rice. AND their sojus are SOOGOOD — which is actually quite dangerous =/ This place is good for a chill night with good friends.

You know, over the years I’ve been to many Korean Bars around this area, or bars that fall under the general guise of «Korean bars» and in the end, even though this place has changed names so many times, I’m still a big fan of what is now Answer Bar & Lounge. I like the KBar atmosphere for the most part because it’s chill, they play music and on the weekends they have a live DJ. I’ve never really had any issues with their table policies, and have always had good service and good drinks here. One thing that I do love though, and by love I mean I am obsessed with it to death, is kimchi fried rice. I don’t know what it is! I just can’t get enough of it! Anyway, they make a MEAN kimchi fried rice here, complete with a fried egg on top! HEAVEN. I think this is definitely more of a chill spot than anywhere to really dance it up, or get really belligerently drunk and I really rather do neither here.

Expensive but gets the job done. Definitely somewhere you’d go if you just wanna have a chill night. $ 20 soju pitchers can add up. My favorite is the strawberry soju which sneaks up on you sometimes. The french fries are crispy and delicious. Fried chicken wings were pretty good but it doesn’t come with any sauce for those interested. Learned from my last visit on Saturday night that they have a table minimum during peak hours. We got a large table big enough to fit about 8 people around 9pm for $ 150 minimum. Later in the night, we found out smaller tables around us had a $ 200 minimum. There’s usually an older crowd here just chilling. The usually have dj’s on the weekend and they usually suck unless it’s DJ Bubbles of Prolific Pro. Small place but the overall décor has improved since it became Answer. Service is friendly and attentive. Don’t be surprised by the bar prices for drinks and food since it is a «bar & lounge» after all. There’s only 1 bathroom so can be annoying.

I came here on a Saturday night for a girls night with my friends.(Group of 4) We went in around 9pm-10pm and was surprised to see the place so empty and calm. Maybe it was an off day or we just came and left way too early to bump into the crowd. This was my first time at Answer, but my friends definitely noticed the difference because when they went it was dark and completely crowded. On this Saturday night it was bright, cheery, and calm. I definitely want to come again in hopes that I’ll get to experience the lounge aspect of the place. Never-the-less we still ordered a massive amount of fried food and a «guava soju». Fried Squid(calamari) — AMAZING, I highly recommend getting this. Out of all the dishes we got my favorite. Duk Boggi(chewy rice cake with fish cake) — Very spicy, but so delicious. Fried Chicken — For being a regular fried chicken it was good. I kind of regret not getting a fried chicken with some type of sauce because the regular wings don’t come with any sauce so it was a bit dry. French Fries — So golden and good. Guava Soju — It was pretty good. It didn’t taste of alcohol at all which is why I enjoyed it. I definitely want to try the Strawberry Soju because I’ve heard great things about it and while we were there every other table seemed to have gotten the strawberry soju! I HAVE to try it the next time I go. Overall it was a GREAT girls night. Hopefully next time when I come I’ll come a bit later to have a much difference experience.

Drinks are still expensive as hell… BUT service is pretty awesome. 3.5 stars! I had my 24th birthday on Friday and reserving tables was a snap. They have BOGO shots from 7pm-9pm and we didn’t make it, but they allowed us one round of BOGO. And as Angeline H. mentions, another BOGO round later on in the night. Woot! I also bought two flavored soju bottles which came out to be $ 50+. a bit excessive if you ask me! Anyway, I had a good time. This is a great place to chill. I suggest pregaming before! :P

Formerly known as Hue Lounge. They renovated the back seating area to a few karaōke rooms. My friends and I didn’t sing last night but I’ve heard that the rooms aren’t that great(sound wise) If you check in you get a BOGO Thurs Night(Buy one shot get one free) You still get the deal even if you don’t check in so I wouldn’t really consider that a check in deal… The owner or manager Jerry is super sweet! He let my girl friends and I buy 6 shots of Patron and get 6 free Ciroc shots anyway! We had a birthday celebration so I was very impressed that they were very lenient on the deal for us because it was a Friday night. The place wasn’t crowded at all. Just a bunch of asians hanging out with friends over bottles of soju. The other things I found pleasing about Answer was that Jerry even allowed me to plug in my friends iPod to play some of our favorite house/trance music to enlighten the mood at the lounge. AWESOME!!! They gave Dorothy L. a free glass of champagne since she was the birthday girl. Even more awesome! I love that they were able to accomodate so many things for use to make it a special ngiht for her. I would come here more often if it wasn’t so PRICEY! $ 90 for 6 shots of Patron…
